Shocking quality
Bought a headboard and ottoman in matching blue colour and style.
Mounting slats for the headboard are extremely poor quality ..rubbish, a previous review says same and in their response the company said they re addressing it with factory as its not what they do....clearly is what they do..so that's not true.
The Ottoman is appalling quality, too few hinges, no feet, staples everywhere and awful upholstery .it's embarrassing to have it on show.
Frankly amazed that anyone can sell stuff like that ...very poor and at a premium price.

Very happy with the 2 beds i purchased. Got them both for less than the bed I had looked at in Dreams and the build of the beds look exactly the same.
The only issue I had was the delivery was a few days later than the quoted 3-10 days and the communication could be a better, maybe a order tracker so you can see what stage of the process it is at.
Delivery was late as van broke down but received a text to say there was a 5-6 hour delay, so thought they wasn't coming as I saw other reviews about delivery issues. But was pleasantly surprised they delivered at 10pm

Absolute joke ordered an ottoman on the 8th of November told it would be within 7-10 days. I’m still waiting after 3 emails and 5 phone calls telling me it’s with the courier they will be in touch today with delivery time and everyone promised ie Chelsea and Megan plus some random bloke that they would return my call that day as I’ve waited too long. No ottoman and out of pocket useless company worst customer service ever!!!

Avoid this company at all costs
Avoid this company at all costs. They offer ZERO customer service. After waiting three weeks for our bed, we were given a delivery slot of 7am–10am, so I took half a day off work. At 09:57, we suddenly received an email saying the delivery had been changed to 1pm–5pm — when nobody would be home.
The courier company never returned a single call. The bed company themselves only spoke to me after three separate calls, because they wouldn’t call back. Their only “solution” was to leave the bed with a neighbour or dump it at the side of the house, but of course they also made it clear they wouldn’t take responsibility for anything going wrong.
Because of their complete incompetence, my 8-year-old son now has to sleep on the floor for three nights — and that’s if they even manage to deliver on time next attempt.
Absolutely atrocious service. Do not use this company.

I was in need of a new bed and thought that this company would be able to assist, turns out that they do not have their own UK manufacturing factory but just pass your order onto another provider. The bed took weeks to come and failed to be delivered on the agreed date and time. No instructions or CE / UKCA markings and no fittings for the headboard. Despite numerous calls and promised compensation they have failed to deliver any fittings or compensation. They operate from Shrewsbury and have another business at their registered address.

AVOID THIS COMPANY...
I would highly recommend NOT purchasing from this company, I have had a dreadful experience with them. First they arranged delivery and there was no bed on the van, they just drove off without telling me and i was left without a bed. After loads of emails and sitting on the phone for hours they agreed to deliver the bed asap. One week later it arrived and was damaged. The delivery company were rude and wanted me to accept the order. After a long time spent on the phone a new headboard was ordered, i have been chasing this ever since.
Worst customer service ever as they never get back to you.
Following vast amounts of emails and more hours onto customer service I was advised that they couldnt find the headboard and a new one would be made.
After nearly 5 weeks without a bed i cancelled the order, this is still ongoing and i have no bed, no money to purchase a bed as they will not refund until they have collected the bases left at my property so i had a base snd this was by their choice.
A refund will only be given on inspection of the base being undamaged!!
I now have the base waiting to be collected, no bed, and no resolution.
I have no apologies or offer of compensation.
DO NOT PUT YOURSELF THROUGH THIS STRESS, THIS HAS MADE ME VERY UNWELL!!!

Worst Company I have ever purchased from
I would highly recommend NOT purchasing from this company, I have had a dreadful experience with them. First they delivered the incorrect mattress. Following vast amounts of emails and more hours onto customer service I decided to pay more and get a different mattress. This arrived and the delivery drivers refused to take it upstairs and remove the incorrect one. The new one is still in my lounge as I can't move it as I live on my own. Very pleased with my ottoman. I loved the fact there was so much choice of style and fabric, and that it was available in a large size. There were a few hiccups with the courier but the delivery men couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful.
