Simple to order with plenty of colours, fabrics and designs to choose from. Luckily I bought while sale was on so had an excellent discount. Was delighted with my ottomans when they arrived, they were packed securely and were exactly as advertised. They are heavy, sturdy and fantastic quality. Overall delighted with this company.

Ordered a fab king size Ottamon bed which arrived quickly. Based in Shrewsbury UK so British made. Quality was great and arrived well packed.

Unfortunately I had to request return as silly me didn't measure height and couldn't twist or turn to get in my bedroom as narrow hall as live in lodge.

Megan in customer service was amazing and sorted out return for me no questions asked. Offered replacement or full refund. Took 5 days to sort collection and refund best customer received in ages

Great quality product with a fast friendly service

There was a problem with my headboard. When it was delivered it was the wrong one. They had sent me a message, with a picture of the right headboard but apparently I had clicked on a drop down somewhere and had ordered the wrong one. Difficult for me to sort out as they had sent a picture to me of the one I was expecting.
To be fair when I contacted them and said it was incorrect, and why I had not spotted this, they agreed to upgrade my headboard and I paid the money that I then owed for the more expensive one. This is where it all fell apart. Firstly they tried to bill me for a completely new one, I was sending the other one back so we had agreed that I only needed to pay the remaining amount.
Then they say they will turn it round in 3-7 working days. They took 20 days for it to be turned round and delivered. Meanwhile I messaged and rang and was fobbed off with a variety of excuses.
I was not happy with the delay. I had paid the extra instantly, they had my money and I then had to sit it out until they finally delivered. Not good

Mum was over the moon with her recent order. The ottoman is really good quality and beautiful. Delivery was so good, one man (should have been two) brought it into her room of choice, very special thanks to him. Would definitely recommend 👌

Great quality and affordable.

Bed is of good quality, excellent service over the phone. My only issue is they didn't place in desire location, they left it in the dining room.

Pleased with my Ottoman box. There was no problem from order through to receipt, I was even able to communicate via email with the team to ask a question on delivery. I believe it was made to order. It is strong and big and the lid stays open.

I bought an ottoman for the end of my bed. A very good quality item. The ordering and delivery were easy and quick.

I ordered an ottoman blanket box and I couldn’t be happier. It was very reasonably priced and the blanket box seems to be a good quality item (it’s sturdy, opens and closes smoothly, no flaws with the material/fabric, came fully assembled). Additionally, the delivery people took it to the intended room that I found extremely helpful. I have had the blanket box now for quite few weeks and I haven’t found a single flaw. Very pleased!

Brilliant lovely people and taken too which we wanted it took extra care

The mattress was delivered on time direct to the bedroom. The delivery men were polite and friendly. I was waking from getting a poor sleep on my old mattress feeling aches and pains that shouldn't be there even though I'm 54! No such thing with my new mattress, I wake refreshed and free from any discomfort

It’s the first time I’ve used this company or purchased an ottoman. The driver called in advance on the day of delivery and all went well.
