Prompt response and refund
I purchased two items from Orsina. I was delighted with one and disappointed with the quality of the other. Zoe was extremely helpful and replied promptly to my message. She arranged a refund with no fuss. I would recommend Orsina for their customer service.

The sideboard I received was excellent apart from handles.
The sideboard I received was excellent quality except for the handles which had obvious specks and signs of rust. It wouldn’t be an overstatement to say that Orsina have been the most efficient company I have ever dealt with in terms of customer service. Prompt and responsive they offered various solutions. When the handles couldn’t be replaced they offered a compensatory generous discount - no quibbles, no disputes or protracted negotiations! Feel sad I need to repair or find replacement handles but I will carry on with my search. The price of the exact same sideboard in NEXT was significantly more expensive and I’ve saved hundreds of pounds by ordering through Orsina. Thank you Elaine McKenzie (Customer Service) for your efficient handling of my order

The table arrived with extreme levels…
The table arrived with extreme levels of damage to every individual element. The ‘person’ that replies to you complaint appears to be a bot. On top of this, they failed to include the base in the package. Rendering the damaged table even more useless - how you manage to not include the second largest element of it, with the other ones so damaged is beyond me.

Beautiful Products and Seamless experience!
I've had a fantastic experience shopping with Orsina. The website is easy to navigate and I was genuinely Impressed by the products available on this online store.
I ordered 2 vases and 3 different Decor Items and I must say they provide exact details and send same products at home on time.
I highly recommend them to anyone looking to add timeless and luxury items for home and kitchen.

Want to try this new merchant
The website provides me very tasteful furniture choices. I am about to place order. But feel a bit unsafe as there are no comments in Trustpilot as yet. There are always new merchants in Trustpilot though. I will share my experience once I have bought the furnitures. Good luck to me.
