Excellant Customer Service
We bought 2 wicker draw units which arrived promptly. Unfortunately, one of the units had some minor damge which we reported immediately. We had a response within 24 hours offering either a replacement item or a substial % refund which we accepted to save the hassle of returning the unit. Their response to our issue was 1st class as was their customer service. A highly recommended company all round.

Great customer service
I had to co tact the company over a failed delivery by the courier and Zoe immediately offered a replacement or refund, no quibble, no questions. I asked for a replacement and Zoe confirmed it was processed and on its way the next day. Great customer service.

Damaged item replaced quickly!
Initially ordered and received an item that was damaged. Emailed with photos and asked if it could be replaced free of charge and requested a shipping label to return the item.
Zoe responded saying a replacement had been sent out and there was no need to return the damaged item, just dispose of it responsibly.
Excellent service from Zoe and good response from Orsina.

Excellent Customer Service
Bought a few items from Orsina in September. Had an issue with one of them (part of it was poor quality / badly manufactured and broke very quickly). Emailed Orsina to complain and sent photos of the broken parts and they immediately issued a refund despite me being outside of the 14 day window following the purchase, with no quibble at all. Very satisfied with the service I received, thank you Orsina.

Great experience with this company
Had a great experience with this company from point of order right through to delivery, which was so fast. Love everything about my Heritage Console table especially the beautifully turned legs and vintage handles, it's lovely quality. Would definitely use them again 5/5!

I’ve had the best experience with…
I’ve had the best experience with Orsina. Their items gave my home an extra value and at such an affordable price. I ordered a coffee table with ornaments and they are indeed details that makes home cozy and elegant with style. The clock arrived broken as wouldn’t work even with battery and they nicely replaced it immediately. Cannot have enough words to recommend this company.

Worst experience. Stay away.
Similar to the review below. We ordered a desk 4 weeks ago.
It’s been in delivery by parcel force for weeks. First going to Stratford depot then being returned, then to Birmingham depot and being returned. And on the third try it’s has been delivered to the wrong address. Highly likely a fraud company. No response from their customer service.
