While the price was very competitive
While the price was very competitive, my biggest issue was the delivery. I first got a call saying my order will be delivered the next day (which was great), butt then past 12 midnight my door bell rings...and rings... and rings... which forced me to get out of bed and collect this delivery. WHO Delivers at this time???
Not going to order from you again.

Excellent personalised service. The staff I dealt with was Faheem who provided me with their WhatsApp number, and delivered the order earlier than promised. Faheem was very responsive on WhatsApp message and kept me in the loop with the delivery. Excellent service altogether. I highly recommended this company.

Amazing and fast service
Amazing and fast service, I ordered contact lenses for my brother who lives in chicago and they arrived there in less than a week! Would love it though if tracking information were provided in an email just so I would know when the shipment will arrive👍🏼 Other than that small note, everything is great.

Excellent Service and Prices
I had 3 pairs of lenses replaced in my existing frames after my prescription had changed. The service was excellent as they sent someone to my villa and picked up the frames. After they viewed my glasses, they made recommendations on the types of lenses w/ coatings. Their lenses are 300 AED cheaper than the shops in the malls (for Crizal Prevencia Air Wear). The replacement took only 3 day and they were delivered back to me. My experience with Opticsonline.ae was excellent, I highly recommend them.
