If you wanna return a pair of sunglasses because they send adult ones with junior case, you end up emailing support 10x within one week for a simply return. Very complicated 😕

I ordered my glasses 2 weeks ago and…
I ordered my glasses 2 weeks ago and there is still no sign of a delivery. I only hope that it’s not a scam. But I still couldn’t find out if I receive my delivery or not. I haven’t thought that it could take so long and couldn’t even imaging the situation will take away so much of my nerves. If I had known about this in advance, I would have preferred to buy glasses somewhere else.
