Really appreciate the promptness of the service provided by the team.

Reached out to the team online. The process was simple and easy to place a trial order for frames and then to place the actual prescription order. Items were delivered for trial within a day, trials collected within a day and final prescription delivered within a week. Efficient and highly recommended.

They were really easy to work with and really helpful. I have a really high prescription and was looking for sports goggles. They spent so long helping me, telling me which frames could or could not work, suggesting options that would work well, suggesting small changes to the prescription to make it work. Just great support during the whole process.
The glasses themselves look really good and work really well. I'm just waiting for them to take their first big hit, and see how they hold up afterwards.

I've been here in UAE for 2 years. I'm looking for Colored Contact lenses with astigmatism, I've been to several optic shops but they only recommend one to me, they have clear lenses available and they don't have colored lenses with astigmatism. I used to work for a big company in the Philippines which is EXECUTIVE OPTICAL (EO) and I messaged a doctor about what lenses I can get with astigmatism and she said toric lenses are the best. So I searched for toric contact lenses and I found out that Optic-one has Toric Colored Contact Lenses so I sent a message and yes they have the color I want. I ordered it right away and it arrived quickly. I expected 3-4 weeks but now it's here and I'm using it. It's so beautiful and light on the eyes, I highly recommend OPTIC-ONE and they are so approachable and they reply quickly. I'm living in Sharjah but I ordered this lens in Abu Dhabi. Thank you so much and I'm happy with my clear vision and very affordable. I will order again 😊

I arrived in Abu Dhabi only to realise I forgot to pack my contacts—panic ensued! A quick WhatsApp chat with a very helpful Optic One associate let me know that if I ordered by 12 I could have my lenses the next day—-and then they arrived at my hotel two hours later!!! It was the most amazing service and immediately took away my stress. The cost was fair, the lenses my exact brand and quality and the customer service was brilliant. This is a five-star review. Thank you for saving my trip and allowing me to “see” Abu Dhabi.

Got a pair of sports goggles with my prescription on it. Absolutely great service. They have send a set of goggles based on my age for me to try them on at first. Great Serive and indeed, great products.

Worst experience ever being in dubai! They sold me a daily wear lens as a monthly lens. I have ordered the same thing from various websites and have always recieved a different packaging which doesnt say not to be sold separately! Upon questioning them they gave me an excuse that it means not to sell a single lens but that’s not true because i have seen it online. I asked them to refund the lens as i haven’t opened them AND the shade is different from what i get from other websites but they refuse to do so or respond to my emails now. Their policy says 7 days return and they conveniently told me they cant do it. OPTIC ONE IS A SCAM. PLEASE DONT ORDER FROM THEM! Im attaching the original and their version of the lens in the picture. You can see their lens says not to be sold separately AND the box says daily wear.

They have the best lens brands and reasonably priced frames. I got my Polarized Transition lenses from them and I was told that I'm the first customer who bought it after they added this product to their portfolio in July 2022. Very happy about the product and their service.
