Stole my glasses said they were delivered to my po box Sunday the post office is closed on Sunday why didn't you take them back to the facility with you so they can retry Monday instead you stole them they were never delivered smh sad thing is Nordstrom keep using this corrupt delivery service ONTRAC is disgusting they're bread crumbing their employees they make up the difference by robbing us and using us for their gas money and their addictions off our packages Im chosen you cannot one up on a chosen one im calling judgement on this company it wont be around long when you come robbing light workers messengers and earth angels father god do not play about his chosen ones o trash thieves stealing from the job

This is a horrible company. I had to stop using a vendor i was using for over 10 years because they switched to on trac. Multiple deliveries were never made before I gave up. It's a shame a company is losing business because they decided to use such a horrible delivery company. On trac is trash, I hate them with all my heart.

My package has been stuck in "Details needed. Please contact us" limbo for nearly two weeks. I have provided additional delivery instructions via their chatbot (seemingly the only way to contact support) several times, yet the delivery keeps failing. I even have an email confirming that a ticket was created. None of it is any use. Customer support is practically nonexistent. This is my first experience with a package shipped with OnTrac and needless to say I will be avoiding them at all costs in the future.

Unreliable, no useful customer service, Completely incompetent. Said our address we have had for 40 years and received thousands of deliveries is "incomplete" and that prevented delivery. If your company uses OnTrac don't us that company.

I wish I could give ZERO stars and it seems as though my sentiments are shared by everyone else. If I could prevent the companies I purchase from, from using OnTrac delivery service I would. I am surprised they are even able to be in business. They never deliver to the correct location, even when the address is the easiest thing to see. They have the worst customer service - scratch that - they have next to NO customer service and fail to resolve any singular issue I've ever brought to their attention. Do they even pay their employees? If you have the option to pick your delivery service, do NOT use OnTrac, EVER! What a pain.

As I sit and scroll through the many horrible reviews regarding this horrible company, I cannot figure out how they have remained in business. My wife and I reside in a rural area of the Mojave desert. We live on a large, fenced property, and the only time my property is left unsecured, is when we are expecting a delivery. And, I leave the gate open until dark. Virtually every last delivery we have experienced with this company, has shown up well into the night, if we received the delivery at all. My wife just recently canceled a contract with our largest dog food supplier, due to the fact, that after she signed up with them, they arbitrarily stopped using our prestigious regular carrier, and started using these losers! I can't help but wonder how much business many online companies are going to lose before they finally figure it out!

If I could rate them Zero Stars, I would. They are the most frustrating, and unhelpful shipping company I have ever worked with. They dont answer calls or emails. They do not respond to modifications or changes. It is shocking this company continues to operate.

OnTrac delivered to the wrong address (could tell from their picture). I immediately let them know. They opened an investigation and then closed it a couple days later with no resolution whatsoever.

Drivers are not to smart. Had a driver in a van take up whole 6 car driveway and I couldn't pull in my garage.
Why are they even pulling into driveways.

They never deliver within the designated delivery window. Also, every time Nike uses them, they mark the first attempt as a "failed delivery attempt" until I reach out and let them know my neighborhood isn't gated. It's happened at least 4 times over the last 18 months. 2 out of the 4 times, my packages never showed up without an explanation other than I should contact the seller for a refund.

1 star because ZERO star is not an option!

These folks are criminals, plain and simple.

The absolute worst delivery service ever! They have horrible customer service, horrible, rude drivers, I get a message each time and state they cannot deliver my package! I am going to quit shopping at any retail online store that uses them! I've had enough!!

Terrible service and customer support - response to my inquiry was basically we don't give a flip and lied about the delivery, did not address in inquiry at all. Absolutely the worst - how do they stay in business?

My wife has been waiting for a package for a week. She stayed at her work late to receive a package. Lights on and delivery instructions in the window. They said she wasnt there and was sending back to sender. What a load of BS. By all the aweful reviews this delivery company can only succefully deliver 2% of its packages and that's a new low for any service ever.

My package was delivered by OnTrac, and both the outside packaging and the products inside arrived heavily reeking of cigarette smoke. I have unfortunately had packages delivered with this company other times and they are by far the worse delivery service, packages have been thrown on the porch hitting the front door, even had one package tossed from the vehicle landing in the front yard. Another instance a delivery driver parked in driveway leaking fluids into my driveway

Two packages at different times delivered to an incorrect address. One case was closed and I was told to go back to the seller who then shipped the replacement items through them AGAIN after I requested a different carrier. Customer service is no help and now 2 of my items are being used by random people that I paid for.

No customer support, no transparency, and worst of all no package

If I could give negative stars, I would, but alas, only choice is to give them 1 star, which is not deserved. I had had at least 3 packages from different merchants go missing or be delivered to the wrong house across town. They are impossible to get in contact with to talk to a human. 👎

If I could give none I would. Had a package coming and said it was even out for delivery I was so excited! Then nothing. Then they contected me saying I have an incomplete address or my stuff gets sent back within 3 days. I comfirmed and contacted support but notbing seems to change the status of my order. It's frustrating. If I knew exactlg what post office I'd be picking it up myself but they can't even disclose the carrier. When I try to ask the company I bought the items from, they told me that I'm badically out of luck unless I want to contact you guys myself. Ridiculous.

The package I received today has an INCREDIBLY strong odor of marijuana. I can't overstate how strong the smell is. I threw away the packaging in my outside garbage can and put the product (wool socks) into a ziploc bag while I try to figure out what to do. Even sealed inside of the bag, I can smell them across the room. I know these wool socks didn't leave the factory this way! I am incredibly disappointed as these were meant to be a gift.
