This is the crapiest delivery company. Twice now they lied about delivery problems when the delivery person never showed. This has happened to me twice with this company. They shouldn't be in business. Package is now 2 days past delivery date. I gave them directions as to where to drop before. Very irresponsible company.

Uniuni deliveries --> There are TWO large, easily read, easily seen signs on my porch that say to NOT throw packages on the ground but to PLEASE put them on one of the benches. Drivers for this company seem to take some special glee in just tossing packages toward the door and then happily walk away, knowing that they have deliberately made life harder for an older person. How do they know I am older? ... I live in an age restricted community - 55 or older. Of all delivery companies, this one has replaced FedEx as the ever-loving WORST and I will begin now, to state my opinion of it far and wide and online.

If I could give a zero star I would.

A delivery confirmation said that it was delivered to my front door, but upon checking the confirmation pictures, they actually delivered my package to the very end of my lane and placed it by the mailbox. It was small enough to stick in the mailbox. When I went out to retrieve it, it was missing. Why would they not have put it in my mailbox or at least attempted to actually put it at my front door?

Order a tool from Vevor.ca and unfortunately they shipped with the worst shipping company known on planet earth. I have previously ordered from this vendor so the address on the account was correct. UniUni driver decided to finish his day early and returned the package to warehouse and marked it as incorrect address, not a single phone call to verify. I then attempted to open tickets through UniUni website and a complete total garbage, they proceed to answer 3 days later to tell me that a 2nd delivery would be scheduled in 10 days (at this point the package is already 7 days late). I am just happy that Vevor is a very responsible vendor, I emailed and complained about my experience with UniUni and they returned my money in within 24 hours.

Horrible service. First I got three emails saying the package was out for delivery but couldn't be delivered (!). I was home the entire time. Then they sent an email saying it had been delivered but it was not. I did not have it. Then they sent a picture of an unidentified garage door where they had delivered it in a driveway. But it wasn't mine. Still don't have it.

Not for the first time a delivery from UniUni marked as delivered on their tracking system but absolutely no delivery made to my home. It may have been delivered to someone somewhere but certainly not to me. Address and instructions complete and accurate.

My response from uniuni was timely and very detailed, which I really appreciated. I will order from them again. The hoodie was perfect xl fit.

UniUni is a confirmed scam. The drivers are doing organized theft. What they do is deliver the package and take a photo. Then 1-2 mins later they have another person (from their own team) steal the package right away. I’m sure they don’t do this for every package but my buildings camera security caught them. This actually happened twice to me. Not sure why these people are trying to steal SHEIN/Temu packages. I literally feel so bad requesting a refund.. especially when they take a photo leaving my package.

1st time this happened: driver called me when he arrive. I didn’t pick up because my phone was on silent but I noticed exactly 9 mins after. I went down right away to see if my package was there. It wasn’t. 10 mins later I got an email from UniUni showing that my packaging was in my lobby. It obviously wasn’t there, my building security checked and someone had taken it. (Likely someone associated with the driver)

2nd time: I specifically spoke to UniUni is said the driver has to call. They can’t leave the package at the unattended front desk. My building has secure lockers. It’s so easy for all delivery drivers except UNIUNI doesn’t follow this rule. Like they just need to enter my unit number and locker opens for them to put it in. VERY secure.
This time they sent the proof of delivery… the driver took a photo of my package IN HIS CAR!!! Like how obvious can you be. My building security saw no driver attempt a delivery within the time frame they sent the POD.

So there you go. It’s a SCAM.
SHEIN/Temu whatever.. please please change your delivery provider or people will never order again.

Hands down the worst delivery service
I have packages delivered to work to reduce theft, and I swear it's like the wait around the corner for whoever is working to leave and then try to deliver it. Last time it took 3 attempts for them to get my package to my despite clear instructions. It's happened again today with a package, as soon as store was closed and left, delivery attempt. Going forward I think I'm going to check what a place ships with first, and if it's Uni Uni I will likely not order from that place, and I suggest you do the same. I hope this company goes out of business

Person claimed to have delivered it on Monday (even though it was picked up the friday before) but said the business was closed.... it was our damn home address. Our ring camera showed he never attempted. Took him another 4 days before redelivery was even attempted and package was in his vehicle the entire time. Uniuni is a crock of crap and shouldn't even be in business as I was about to file a police report for stolen goods.

This is the worst delivery method TIKTOK could have! My order was supposed to be delivered on the 4/13. It's been saying out for delivery until now 4/17. Now it's saying, it's been delayed and will be here in a few days! So unprofessional in disappointed. Tiktok definitely needs to change a different carrier.

They have had my package for over two weeks at their delivery hub that is less than 30 miles from me and have not delivered it. When I contacted them, I was told they would look into it and then never heard from them again. I have reached out and have received no other correspondence. Avoid this company.

I would give zero if I could. I have a very noticeable delivery box right next to my front steps that packages can be placed into. Nope!! Looks like they threw the package on my walkway at the bottom of my steps. The tape on the box was loose as if someone had opened it. If I was a vendor, I WOULD NOT want them delivering my package and giving me a bad name.

Dreadful - they claimed they attempted delivery of my package at 3 AM, which was obviously incorrect. Then they said they would deliver the following day 'at around the same time'. Stayed home all day, no one showed up. Then they claimed they had made NUMEROUS attempts to deliver, another falsehood, and so my package had been sent to their 'warehouse' with no indication when or if it would ever be delivered. I'd never heard of this company before, but any company considering using them, please reconcider for your own sake.

I don't even know where to begin. UniUni has failed me so many times that I've lost count, but today takes the cake - and I am DONE.

I've been waiting since March 15th for a beautiful, expensive comforter I ordered as a gift. It's traveled all the way from China. The seller has been wonderful - they apologized for manufacturing delays, gave me a 15% discount and even threw in a complimentary pillow. They did everything right. UniUni has done everything wrong.

Today, UniUni marked my package as "delivered" - complete with 4 photos of a front door, a side door, and the package itself. There is just one problem: THAT IS NOT MY HOUSE! That is not my address. That is not my door. My package was delivered to a stranger's home somewhere in Woodbury CT, and I have no idea where it is.

This is NOT the first time. This is a pattern. Every single time I have a package with UniUni, I end up chasing it down myself. I call customer service and they tell me it's "at the warehouse." The someone is supposed to call me back - and no one ever does. I do the work. I make the calls. I wait. And still, my packages vanish.

This time, I am not letting go. This is an expensive item. This is a gift. And I want it found and delivered TODAY - not tomorrow, not "within 3-5 business days," TODAY.

UniUni, you are an embarrassment to the delivery industry. You are not fit to compete with FedEX, UPS, USPS or anyone else. Until you fix your GPS, train your drivers, and build a customer service operation that actually functions, I will tell everyone I know: DO NOT use UniUni. Do not let retailers ship your orders through them. Demand a different carrier.

The world deserves to know - UniUni is a disaster.

Every order a place with Walmart is non-delivered by Uniuni! They post pictures of other homes but a map where my home is in Spanish and I never received my package and it’s almost impossible to get a refund. Customer service is horrible. The phone number does not work and it takes forever to get any kind of feedback and then they tell you to contact Walmart at this point I will no longer order from Walmart because of who they use as a delivery. Unless they change delivery services.

Worst delivery company ever. Over the past 4 months, they managed to fail to deliver over half the packages to my address: so far I’m at 8 failed deliveries, 3 just in the last 2 weeks.
I work from home, so if they would ring the doorbell, I could open, but no. It’s also not possible to give them the security code for my building: they tell me I have to have a failed delivery, then call during business hours to provide the code.
For any merchants out there: stop using this company!

Package has not moved in over 2 weeks ! Reading all the other reviews now I understand why

They delivered the wrong package to our door and our package to someone else. When I let customer service know, they told me to take it to the "post office" and label it "return to sender", as "coordination can be challenging once the delivery has been completed".

Horrible company to deal with - driver didn't even try to get it right and customer service obviously doesn't want to accept any responsibility for their own mistake.
