One World Travels UK Omdömen

Excellent service from One World Travels. The communication throughout the booking process has been very good, and Ardiian Close has been extremely professional, helpful and responsive from start to finish.

The whole process of booking our holiday straightforward and stress-free. We’re really looking forward to our trip and would definitely recommend One World Travels and Ardiian to others.

Great service from start to finish from Jordan Parker!
I returned from 3 Nights in Krakow yesterday and a great time was had. Jordan was very professional and helped find something that suited us and our budget. Having his help really eased any stress that comes with booking a holiday. I cannot fault anything from the holiday, the hotel was basic but clean and comfortable and in a great location. We were close to everything and was never stuck on finding places to eat too. We had a day trip to Auschwitz-Birkenau on our second day and that had to be the highlight of the trip.
Jordan even checked in during our trip to make sure we were happy.
I will definitely use OWT in the future :)

Enquired regarding a 4 centre holiday and was helped by ruby elliot. She gave me detailed information about the trip even with a couple of changes to the standard itinerary. Unfortunately unable to confirm booking at this moment but it’s certainly a great looking trip and great value. Super helpful thank you

Very kind, helpful and professional. Ruby Elliott was able to support me in finding great holiday deals and was able to answer all my questions and queries.

Leo James been wonderful in answering my query and provided me with best quotes and was very responsive

Jordan parker was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. He tailored my holiday down to the very last detail, taking the time to understand exactly what I wanted and making sure everything was perfect. Every detail was thoughtfully planned, and the whole experience was seamless and completely stress-free.

The holiday itself was fantastic, and I genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better service. Jordan Parker went above and beyond to make sure everything was exactly right, and their attention to detail was exceptional.

I would 100% recommend Jordan Parker to anyone looking to book a holiday. If you want someone who truly listens, takes care of everything and goes the extra mile to create an amazing trip, Jordan Parker is absolutely the person to go to. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again!

I honestly can’t thank Jordan Parker enough for helping make my holiday so perfect! From the very beginning, Jordan was incredibly professional, but at the same time made me feel like I was dealing with a friend rather than just someone booking my holiday.

He took the time to actually listen to me — asking what was important to me, what I liked, what I wanted from my holiday and, most importantly, what my budget was. He never made me feel pressured or like anything was too much trouble. He genuinely wanted to understand what I was looking for and made sure everything was right for me.

Jordan went above and beyond to find exactly what I wanted, and his personal approach made the whole experience so easy and stress-free.

I would 100% recommend Jordan to anyone looking to book a holiday. Professional, friendly, patient and genuinely caring — he’s an absolute credit to the company! 🌴✈️

Five stars based on Leo James communication and knowledge and help. Looking forward to the final travel.

Waiting on our confirmation email and details etc now payment has been made which are meant to take 48-72hrs.

We have just returned from Disneyland Paris after a 4 day stay all booked and sorted by Ruby Elliot who has been amazing from start to finish all questions asked and answered very quickly .We had a great time, and will be booking again very soon. The explorers hotel is brilliant has everything you need and so much for the kids to do. Only downside was the flights delayed both ways.

I had the pleasure to have Jordan Parker as my travel agent. He was friendly, asked relevant questions, dealt with my requests efficiently and gave me recommendations as better and cost effective options. I have yet to make a decision but I would highly recommend Jordan to anyone. Thank you

I was looking for a trip to Paris for my son and I and Leo James found out what I was looking for and came back so quickly with a quote that included everything I asked for. Really great service ☺️

From a enquiry point of view Anna Clarke was very helpful and professional, I wasnt able to book due to a personal reason however when I mentioned this, the company were understanding and not pushy or opinionated like I have found other companies. When I have new dates in mind they will be the first people I come too.

Leo james answered all my queries was very polite in his what's app messages credit to you

I were on the hunt for a Disney holiday at an affordable price but everywhere was coming up extremely expensive. I got in contact with Ruby (Elliot) and straight away she found me a superb deal too good to miss really! It was literally half of what I had been searching and even quotes of other travel agents couldn’t match the price anywhere close to! Honestly couldn’t be happier it was all so straightforward too

Jordan Parker smashed my quote for Disney land , he was polite and quick with replies . Top man . Top service

Anna clark was my advisor and she went above and beyond to help me find the perfect holiday package unfortunately i couldn’t book due to personal issues but the whole experience of finding my holiday went above and beyond
