One World Travels UK Omdömen

Leo James has been incredibly helpful, friendly and professional throughout the whole process of planning our holiday.

He really listened to what we wanted and went above and beyond to help create our perfect holiday. Nothing was too much trouble, and his advice, patience and attention to detail made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable.

It’s so reassuring to deal with a travel agency that genuinely cares about its customers and takes the time to get everything just right.

Although I didn't go through with the booking, I found the agent (Leo James) extremely helpful. Anything I asked to change or check out in terms of booking details, he did it with no complaints! And was very good with follow up to make sure I was kept in the loop with everything
