Mein Einzahlungsauftrag hat sich durch den Jahreswechsel (was ich nicht bedacht hatte ) verzögert. Deshalb habe ich den Support kontaktiert. Adriana hat mir das WARUM und WIESO dieser Situation sehr gut erklärt und wie diese zu Stande kam.
Was ich aus dieser Situation gelernt habe ist
- das man (ich) in in diesem Zusammenhang gelassener werden muss.
- das mein Vertrauen in ONE Trading noch mehr gewachsen ist.
Und vor allem, dass Adriana einen sehr positiven und zuverlässigen Job macht.

The repsonse was very helpfull and could solve my issue. The contact was very friendly.

Despite that, the time to repsonse was very long. I sent money from an bankaccount that was not vaild. The trasnfer was made von Dec. 17. So I could not see the transaction I opned a ticket on Dec. 18th. On Dec. 23rd I got an answer that the baknaccount was not valid an i should provide more information. I provided the information immeadtly. On Jan 2nd i was told, that this transfer is not possible because of an invalid bankaccount (company accout, not private). The fact that the account is not allowed is ok for me, but wating nearly two weeks to solve the ticket was realy harsch, even so there were holidays in between.

Support is very patient and helpful, even on Christmas and New Year they communicated several times with me, to be honest this is almost out of this world nowadays. I can say the platform focuses on regulatory compliance. Br

Adriana was kind and very helpful. She worked hard and fast even during the holidays, to try to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, due to company policies, the problem could not be solved yet, but this is absolutely not the responsibility of customer service.

One Trading überzeugt durch eine übersichtliche Plattform und einen sehr schnellen Support. Fragen wurden rasch und kompetent beantwortet. Ein- und Auszahlungen funktionieren zuverlässig und die Nutzung ist insgesamt sehr angenehm.

Great Support

Very bad service. Blocked my account for no reason and informed me by email that the money will be refunded soon. Second week waiting for the transfer. Still waiting. I never thought my money could stay stuck for so long in a crypto exchange without an explanation. They do not respond at all. I have no news what is happening...

They promise to transfer my money every time, but I never receive anything. This has been going on for several months. That's over 300 euros! Today is December 30, and I still haven't received my money!

Die versprechen mir jedes Mal mein. Geld überwiesen zu haben doch erhalte ich nichts. Das geht seit mehreren Monaten so weiter. Das sind über 300 Euro! Heute ist der 30.12 habe immer noch mein geld nicht erhalten!

They've blocked my money, €10,500, and they're not responding. They refuse to return my money. I invested with them because they seemed very reliable, but they've blocked my account. I've been waiting for two weeks, and they're not answering my emails or letting me withdraw my money to my bank account.

One Trading just sent a message, they could not talk to me, because I would be writing from another email address than the one of the account I am referring to. This is not true. Let's see how this unfolds, but generally I already contacted them because of an unpleasant experience. At the moment I would nobody recommend to use their service at all.
