Oneprovider, poor support and delay in the solution, 3 days offline
We have been experiencing server problems since November 11th and the support from this company is weak and precarious. Simply the reboot button didn't work on a dedicated server recently purchased from them, so support said they fixed it and did a manual reboot, ok. A few days passed and I needed to reboot the server again, then I realized that the reboot button was still buggy and didn't work, support said they contacted the supplier and then the problems got worse! Support comes back asking if there is "overload" on the server, and I answer that it only happened once where I asked for a reboot, but overload is not recurring since docker startup is off, therefore, after reboot the server will have free CPU and memory, Now the server just shuts down by itself! If I try to turn on the server, the server will be active for a few minutes and then shut down, I'm 3 days into this scenario, wasting money and time and the support just plays with me! This is really unfortunate, we have 4 servers in this company, we spend considerable money on them, and we receive this quality of support, if you can't solve the problem with the server simply migrate to another DC or server, but oneprovider simply winds up its client , if you don't resolve 64.15.138.xxx or change the server today, give me my money back, your server was paid on November 29th and I keep my invoices up to date, so I demand a minimum of respect for your offers. We have customers like you, so your kidding around with a solution costs us customers and money!

Bons servidores mas...
Bons servidores, mas o tempo de resposta aos tickets é muito alto. O suporte 24/7 é mentira, passei o fim de semana todo sem obter resposta. Meu servidor ficou em processo de instalação durante o fim de semana, e perdi 3 dias de dois servidores, uma vez que precisava fazer a migração de um para o outro. Se o tempo de resposta aos tickets melhorar, aumentarei a classificação, mas até agora, minha experiência não está sendo das melhores.

Es un buen proveedor confiable y estable
Es un buen proveedor de servidores físico y virtuales. Estable, confiable. El pero con OneProvider está en el tiempo de despliegue para servidores físicos y el soporte, en ambos casos pueden tomar días en responder.
Algo que no encontraras tan fácil, es las conexiones privadas entre los servidores, algunos tienen la opción, pero imagínate que no es un servicio que puedas configurar entre un servidor en USA y otro en Francia, es algo extraño que un proveedor del calibre de OneProvider aun no tenga esa facilidad como un valor agregado para sus clientes.
En general, le dejo 4 estrellas por su estabilidad y confiabilidad una vez completadas las órdenes.

My server is down for 8 hours and one inappropriate response from support
It's 8 hours now since I found my server down and wrote support ticket. First of all, reboot option does not work at all. I've asked to check it and reboot my server and, after 4 hours of waiting got... password recovery instruction... what?? Since this silly response I've got nothing. My server and services associated with it are down. I have sleepless night ahead moving to another location...

In my experience
In my experience, the positive points are the quality of the servers and network, so far I have not had any problems.
As a negative point, I would like to highlight that support is very slow, and unfortunately the OneCloud service is sold with unlimited traffic, but this is not the case, and this would have to be more transparent for the customer.
I had to pay to cancel a service due to using more traffic than expected during a day. This seems like a joke, I've never seen it on any provider.

Onereseller bad support and bad quality dedicated servers.
Oneprovider, or Onereseller as it should be called.
Is an overpriced servers reseller with a bland support, absolutely low quality machines, and little to no decent solutions in case of issues.
If you want an over priced server with bad components, expensive upgrades, and constant failures, then one provider is your thing.
They sell literally the same machines as hetzner, they actually resell most of hetzner's server, so why not try your luck on the latter?
They do not provide a security copy after a server is terminated, they not even save the databases and the copy just in case, for at least 1 week, and most likely do not provide security copies at all, having you to do that by yourself.
For an extra SSD drive, they over charge a 500gb ssd for around half the price of a new server as an "extra".
Absolute not serious company, not recommended. I been working with their servers for around half a year, and it was always failing, crashing, giving issues, and support takes their time to answer and fix this cases.
My main issues with them is the overprice of the machines, making it really not worth it. Most weak machine with low end components like cpu, gpu and ram cost is over the top, and if you want an ssd server, then you are in to pay a big toll.
After i tried to negotiate a price of an ssd drive switch, from an HDD drive, they mocked me gently with the price they wanted to charge me for that extra SSD.
This is not how you preserve clients, this is how you lose them, and this is how they lost me.
I wouldn't write this negative review if they at least retained a security copy of my databases at least 1 or 2 weeks longer after server expiration, but the day they did terminate the server, they erased everything on the same day, good job Onereseller!
