Pathatic Customer Support
We have been using one provider for more than 5 years, but their support is getting low day by day. To get best support we subscribed to their VIP Support but we are not getting it. Our servers are down since yesterday due to their billing issue, and we are not even getting response from our account manager, neither their support team replying us on time.
Those who are thinking to get server from one provider, please do not host your critical server on one provider.

Very bad network. It buffers/shoots for no reason at all. Overall, I tried using their services 10 times, and the performance was very poor.

Ich habe einen Server in Düsseldorf bestellt, welcher auch sehr schnell bereitgestellt wurde.
Die Erstinstallation war nicht erfolgreich, sodass ich mich direkt zu Beginn an den Support wenden musste. Ein paar Stunden später war das System dann doch erreichbar und der Support hat relativ schnell geantwortet.
Bei dem Anbieter muss aber jedem klar sein, dass es sich um einen Reseller mit Servern anderer Anbieter handelt.
Ich werde jetzt einmal schauen, wie zuverlässig der Server ist und dann ggf. die Bewertung korrigieren.

I opted for a dedicated server and I take care of 100% of its system administration, leaving support to manage the network, system failures, etc.
Installation in Debian13 with an IPv4 and an IPv6 range + an additional IP that is part of a different block than the first one.
Support and repair of a failed disk on a RAID1: 12 hours.

Very poor support and bad service. Think twice before ordering a server, as you may have to wait up to 48 hours before receiving it.
I rented a dedicated bare metal server
I rented a dedicated bare metal server. Delivery all went well. Delivered in the correct date estimated. Problems started, when I downloaded the Lubuntu Desktop Distro. All was going well, I downloaded Google Remote Desktop so I was able to use the desktop environment, as well as teamviewer, the remote desktop kept crashing so I thought it was Google, i tried TeamViewer, did the same thing. So I decided to install another virtualization Distro called Proxmox. It has now been "installing" for over 24 hours. Support are no help. No response.

No me acordé de poner una reseña de su servicio.
Actualmente los precios son muy caros. Llevan años congelados con hardware completamente desfasado.
Mi experiencia es negativa, puesto que a mí, de un día para otro me cerraron el servidor y no tuve respuesta pasados 3 días. Alegaron que se les cayó nosequé del sistema y sin avisar ni un solo mensaje no tenía ya servidor. Cuando digo que me cancelaron el servicio es que lo cancelaron de verdad: no pude continuar porque ya no tenía servidor. Perdí toda mi instalación, mis datos y tiempo.
Para mí que me lo quitaron a mí para dárselo a otro...
Como hosting ya no puedo recomendarles por su pésimo y egoísta comportamiento.
Pongo fecha aleatoria porque ya no me acuerdo la fecha exacta cuando sucedió.

I've ordered a dedicated server in Japan, but later I discovered it's a virtual instance (kvm). And it getting down for a 4th time past 2 weeks for no any reasons. Furthermore, it costs $89/30 days ($0.123611/hour) instead of promised $79/month.
Terrible company and even worse…
Terrible company and even worse support. Two days with the server offline due to a hardware failure and nobody solved the problem. Don't hire this company if you don't want headaches and poor service.

BE CAREFUL, IT'S A SCAM
BE CAREFUL! Do not buy from them, they aren't allowing emails for new customers, so if you plan having a website with email verification, OneProvider is useless.
Also, after I told them that email verification is required for any website, and asked them again, 'can i send those kinds of eme ails', they answered by asking for more money ("to prove i will be a long term customer", they didn't even answered the question)
This is what they told me (Lorenzo support agent sent that):
If you plan to use our services in the long term, you may add a 100$ deposit, in that case we can make an exception enabling the ports however note that we aren't normally unfiltering ports at least after a month of keeping active services.

Awesome prices, support is nice but takes ong sometimes. their panel and their templates are nonfunctional. custom partitions often don't work. reinstall takes forever.

Unfortunately, my experience with OneProvider has been very disappointing.
I purchased a dedicated server after being told it would be delivered the same day. However, it has now been over two days and the server is still not ready.
The support team is extremely slow to respond and unhelpful. When they do reply, they don’t actually solve the issue — just vague promises and delays. Their customer service is weak and lacks the professionalism expected from a hosting provider.
I do not recommend OneProvider to anyone who needs fast delivery or reliable technical support.

Bandwidth fraud.
Rented a server where it was indicated 1 Gbps Unmetered / 1 Gbps Guaranteed. In reality it turned out that it was not a 1 Gbps Guaranteed, but shared among servers in a rack. Lost money.

These servers are labeled as 1 Gbps Unmetered / Fair Usage. You also offer 1 Gbps Unmetered / 300 Mbps Guaranteed, 1 Gbps Unmetered / 500 Mbps Guaranteed and 1 Gbps Unmetered / 1 Gbps Guaranteed where 300, 500 and 1000 Mbps are allowed.
I purchased a server for a client labeled 1 Gbps Unmetered / 1 Gbps Guaranteed, but it turned out the actual bandwidth was less than 500 Mbps. As a result, I had to buy another server for the client, which caused financial losses.
You are misleading customers or you don't know what you're selling as a reseller.

Empresa muito anti-proficional, esperei dois dias, para que eles aprovassem o meu pagamento, chega na data de hoje, eu recebo a notificação de que o pagamento foi reprovado, e que eu iria receber o meu dinheiro de volta em 24 horas, sem proficionalismo e sem palavras, não recomendo essa empresa pra ninguém.
