I had my server a while now an…
I had my server a while now an End-of-Life OS (CentOS). All I needed was a simple reinstall with a supported OS and to restore my data — a routine task with any provider.
What followed was a week of chaos:
The OS reinstall attempt broke the server.
Support couldn’t fix it and offered a replacement — but no servers were actually available.
I was offered a refund, but I requested account credit instead to reorder a Different server.
That new server also failed to install an OS multiple times.
I had to open several tickets, with very slow responses, often waiting days for basic help.
This entire situation could have been avoided if the control panel worked properly and if support was remotely responsive. Why should the customer lose out because of your system issues and poor availability?
I've lost a full week trying to do something that should take minutes, and there’s been no real offer of compensation for the time, stress, and disruption.
Extremely disappointing experience. OneProvider seriously needs to fix their platform and support process.

The abuse department is poorly trained and late
They suspended my server immediately without knowing the reason
I went to find out the reason after it was already suspended, they put it in RescueCD mode and it took more than 24 hours for them to tell me the root password.
The DMCA abuse was completely invalid, it was simply a shortened link, in other words, there was no infringing content on my server.
And if I had known, I would have simply resolved it.

Good VPS in my experience so far with OneProvider
I was recommended to try OneProvider and so far, no issues, well except for when Spain and some parts of North Africa went offline due to an outage. In that situation, not OneProvider at fault, that is for sure. My VPS in Morocco serves its purpose and thank you for this excellent service.

Stealing
They make double charges (for the same service for the same month) and then they suspend the service when you dispute the double charge.

Do not be fooled by the kind answer here. They have a very different tone when answering privately, and they twist the truth in their own favor.
After opening a paypal dispute for the double charge, they immediately proceeded to suspend my service.
Because of that I opened a second dispute because they suspended my service. To my surprise they used my second dispute to justify service suspension, and refuse to aknowledge that the second dispute has been caused by their suspension (both tickets and paypal disputes have timestamp on them, so they can hardly not see the correct sequence of events).
Since they claim I am disputing a payment attached to a wrong invoice because it refers to a past month, I asked them to provide the invoice relative to the month for which the service has been suspended, which they refused to provide. The supposed reason is "because it has nothing to do with the second dispute", but they din't think twice suspending the service when I was disputing a double charge for the same service (for the same month).
On top of that they accuse you of using the service for free (because I disputed a suspended service).
No attempt of contact was made before suspending the service, while I made an attempt to ask for a refund using their own ticketing system (they didn't answer at all).

Orders are allowed to be placed on "out of stock" configurations
Good provider except when it comes to fulfilling orders.
Everything has been fine with my server I original ordered from them 1-2 years ago. However, recently I went to order a new server. Paid for a full year, no indications of it being sold out or anything over multiple days, even after ordering the website still showed more servers in that configuration was available. While waiting for the server to be delivered I get a support ticket claiming the configuration wasn't available. After replying to the ticket asking for more information they claimed "Sometimes stock can be at maximum count and you happened to order right before it ended so the page didn't have time to update". I ask then, why did it still say it was available even after I placed my order as well?
It seems to me like they are showing servers that are not really available to try to beef up there listings.

Service catastrophique
Serveur commandé le 23/2/25 Location Amsterdam , nous somme actuellement le 4/3/25, toujours pas livré,( en attente)
Ouverture de plusieurs tickets au service livraison , qui vous dit que la requête est transmise au service livraison (ah ah !), jamais de retour sur les demandes de livraison ou même la demande d'annulation et remboursement pour non livraison .
c'est vraiment un service catastrophique !!

Took over 24 hours for a simple reinstall to which I had no credit despite it being an issue their side.

The support is very nice and reactive
The support is very nice and reactive. It's always a good thing to make diagnostics as precise as possible, in that case, the support quality exceed requirements (faulty hard drive changed in less than an hour). When there are instabilities (faulty PSU) it can take a few days, but this is harder to diagnose (we were at a loss, but it took time even for them). I advise monitoring using your own solution, which is always recommanded for dedicated hardware (we use Zabbix).

Bad Service Experience
I've changed third server. I've first one changed due to old version, that was my mistake. Second server caused DNS failure issue, on third server I've got an abuse report. We have resolved the report already 2 days ago but they turn of our server. Clients got frustrated. One of my client filed a complaint in Cyber Crime against me and claiming 3.5 million due to his business loss because of server downtime. I need to discuss this issue on call directly the number they have provided on website is always available for voice mails only. Such a pathetic service I have ever used.

1. Des délais interminables et une absence de support réactif
Lorsqu’un problème survient sur une machine, attendez-vous à un véritable parcours du combattant :
Les pannes ne sont pas résolues en quelques heures, mais prennent des jours, voire des semaines, pour obtenir une solution.
Le support technique agit comme un intermédiaire entre vous et le véritable fournisseur, créant un effet de "téléphone arabe". Cela entraîne des délais de réponse interminables et une gestion chaotique des incidents.
En cas de panne, OneProvider ne propose aucun dédommagement, même si votre activité subit des pertes de production conséquentes.
2. Du matériel obsolète et peu fiable
OneProvider met à disposition des serveurs en fin de vie, souvent obsolètes et extrêmement fragiles. Ces machines, comparables à du cristal, tombent fréquemment en panne. Les conséquences sont désastreuses :
Perte de données critiques.
Temps de production gaspillé.
Le remplacement n’est pas immédiat : ils vous remboursent le serveur défectueux, mais vous devez recommander un nouveau serveur, et recommencer toute l’installation à zéro.
Même lorsque vous commandez un serveur, les disponibilités affichées sur leur site sont souvent mensongères. Après avoir payé, il n’est pas rare d’être informé que le serveur n’est pas disponible et qu’il faudra attendre plusieurs jours, voire des semaines.
3. Une politique d’entreprise douteuse
OneProvider se limite à jouer le rôle de boîte aux lettres pour d’autres entreprises. Leur adresse officielle, au 3275 Av Francis-Hughes, Laval, QC H7L 5A5, Canada, héberge une multitude de compagnies similaires, illustrant leur modèle d’affaires basé sur la sous-traitance.
Cette situation est aggravée par leur incapacité à respecter leurs propres engagements contractuels. Par exemple :
Si un serveur tombe en panne dès la première installation, il n’est pas automatiquement remplacé.
Le client est renvoyé à un processus de remboursement, perdant ainsi un temps précieux.
4. Un service totalement inadapté aux professionnels
