Stay away

Stay away. Everything is bad, no response to support tickets, not a friendly user interface, very slow. As others have mentioned, customer support is non-existent and unhelpful. They can care less if your server is down.

I thought I’d give them a try because of their pricing but it ended up costing me way more with all the down time their servers had! Look for a real hosting company that cares about their customer.

I believe they may be a reseller which would explain the horrible support and customer service. You would be better off working directly with a data center rather than buying from a reseller.

I'm sorry to hear that your time with us was less than ideal and we would very much like to turn your experience around if you'd give us the chance.

We are in fact resellers and are proud that we can offer such a range of products and prices for our customers. We do work closely with our affiliate data centers and do our best to try and give you the quickest support possible.
However, as resellers, we are at their mercy in regards to various issues and time constraints. Therefore, we conduct timely follow ups and push for resolutions as many times as we possible can in order to provide our customers with great customer service.

That said, there is always room for improvement and we might have possibly dropped the ball here. We'd very much like to have your ticket number to investigate and go through your interactions. If there is anything we can do, within reason, to turn things around for you, we will.

We are always looking for ways to improve our services and take our customers feedback, the good and the bad, very seriously.

I'm looking forward to your reply and for the opportunity to do better.

Overall, very good service but improvable

Overall, very good service at a very attractive price. However, management via the dashboard is a step down. Particularly as regards the clarity of the information.

Editing following the reply: Well, to take a concrete example, when I change payment methods to switch to automatic service renewal via Paypal but my next invoice is still put on "awaiting payment" it's quite confusing as a customer. It's these kinds of little details that save me from having to submit a ticket to your support team to make sure that my automatic renewal has been taken into account.

Horrible Support

Customer Support and Technical Service is among worst I have every experienced. Response times are horrific. Quality of technical support is horrible. Ability for our IT team to independently manage a stand alone bare metal server is horrible. I'd never recommend this company.

Know that your feedback is invaluable to us and that I took the time to investigate your tickets in order to see where we went wrong and potentially turn things around for you.

From my understanding, you ordered two servers and at the time of delivery, one of the two had a hardware problem.
However, once delivered, the problem was solved and compensation was granted in consequence.

Following this, during the installation, you realized that you ordered the wrong thing and wanted something else. Of course, we know mistakes can happen and did our best to accommodate you then as well.

I understand that wait times can get frustrating but we did our best to reply to you as quickly as possible. For the time being, and at this stage in our company's growth, we are answering tickets in the order that messages are received. Because of the back and forth and the changes we needed to make as per your request, the final resolution time was in fact longer than the norm.

That said, we did our very best to provide you with great customer service and our actively doing our best now with your newer case. We can only hope you appreciate our efforts moving forward.

we order server and it took 3 days without server and we were forced to reversed for money .
i was not able to verify my account , we got suspended instantly that why we look another provider and our business is cool now

I took the liberty to access your account via your email address and went over what happened. I was hoping to figure out what went wrong and turn your experience around.

However, what I found is that at the time of activation, the I.D you used to verify your account was not matching the information provided to us when opening the account.

We kindly asked that you simply explain the differences and we were ignored for 3 days before we suspended the account. The account was not suspended instantly like you stated above.

That said, we still hope to see you again in the near future with a matching identification that can be used for the activation. If you have any questions and require assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.

Non-existent support

Non-existent support. I've been waiting 5 days for the bandwidth issue on my server to be resolved.
They delivered it on the 3rd, on the 4th I complained about the output band, they asked for several tests, which I managed to do and checked.
They asked for authorization to put the server in rescue mode so they could do the tests.
I gave they did and said (The case has been escalated to the network team for further investigation, we will keep you informed.)

It has been more than 3 days since their last contact, today will be the 4th day without a response or solution to the problem.
I'm sad because I've never seen support so slow.
I still hope they resolve the issue, otherwise I will ask for a refund.
