Cost to Value is great

The prices are great and my experience with the service has been solid! Been using it to handle some small service hosting & some game services had only 1 small hiccup with network freezing on me for a few hours. Been with them for half a year and I have very little complaints!

OneCloud with lots of locations

I tested and searched a long time for a reliable and performant provider with lots of locations around the world, and finally found it. OneCloud is great, covering lots of locations even exotic ones. The performance and network connectivity is really good with fair to really cheap prices. Good management panel, IPv6 support and also creating own images (usable across different locations). High performance servers with unmetered network are available in the most important locations too. Support sometimes could be a bit more reactive but it works. Really happy as of now!

Poor abuse management.
Abuses are not read by the provider and servers are simply blocked.
Even if the abuse is faulty.
Support is very slow and sometimes takes 12 hours or more to respond!

More than 50% price increase

UPDATE JANUARY 2024:
The price has been corrected in accordance with the level published on the site for the new clients.
The difference was refunded.
The IP-address is not blacklisted anymore.

Thanks Trustpilot and OneProvider.com employees who read reviews and take them into account.

ORIGINAL REVIEW:

1. IP addresses banned everywhere, if you use it for VPN you'll see captchas all the time.
2. The HDD died quickly.
3. More than 50% price increase since last year. I'm now billed more than the price for new clients advertised for the same server (9.50€ vs €8.99)!

Cheap services, bad support

They've the less expensive servers I've ever found, but the support is horrible. And if you have an issue that they can't solve, they simply terminate the server and give you the money back from the remaining days. So, if you're thinking of using Oneprovider to put sensible information, don't forget to always have a backup.
