Ordered 2 items 2 weeks ago. Items not delivered, no dispatch notice, have emailed multiple times to find out where order is and no response. SCAM - AVOID!

I ordered face masks through Amazon from this company, they are faulty and though they have responded to my query twice , which is the same message and person as the first message, I still am waiting for a resolution!

Going to trading standers. Unfit for purpose replace

1Above is selling extremely low quality products with incorrect product description. The specifications are given wrong on purpose. Avoid!

Garbage. Only part of what was ordered and didn’t bother to respond when questioned. Don’t bother.

Sent a damaged item however numerous emails have been sent requesting a refund and for the item to be collected yet no response. Terrible company…. Do not use under any circumstance!!!

Appalling Company.
Send you inferior products.
Then they lie
Bought some expensive Face masks with open Filter.
Sent some Cheap rubbish instead but still send original photos to Imply original product was sent.
Then they hide away letting Amazon sort out their mess
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.
HAVEN'T COME ACROSS SUCH DISHONESTY IN A LONG LONG TOME

HERMES DELIVERY CRAP

I ordered a 5 tiered black shoe rack and they sent me hangers. Contacted them 4 times up til now to take their wrong sent item back and to send me shoe rack but no reply. Even they are not ready to apologise for their mistake. It’s disgusting. Worst experience.

I placed my order which was delivered 2 days later in excellent condition and carefully packed in recyclable materials. I would recommend 1 above.

The order for the water butt was handled very well and it arrived in good time.
The product is well made and easy to install and looks good in the garden.
It has been raining since I installed it so it is always full.

Despite getting a apology from the company and a offer to replace, I have sent 2 emails and both have been unanswered I removed my negative feedback on here because I was asked to but the company have not stuck to their side of the deal 😡
