DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! I purchased a dress, was bullied into not claiming a refund, offered several different amounts instead of returning as apparently it's so costly to return the item. After I published a review on here, they contacted me to say they would of course give me a full refund, but only if I took down the review, 10 days later and nothing so I have reinstated this review.

Wrong order delivered!!

Incorrect product delivered and when I asked to return the item and the correct item be delivered I was offered partial refund instead of £3 when product was delivered£19.99!!!!

From my experience I’d say don’t bother to order

Iam very disappointed with this company. I requested a full refund for my order, but instead, I have only been offered £5,then 7 then 9 , which is unacceptable. I expected better customer service and hope this issue will be resolved promptly with the full refund."

Still waiting on a refund

Product arrived i wasn’t happy with it and have asked for a return - information says I’m entitled to a full free refund but I first sent an email almost 4 weeks ago and still haven’t had my refund. I have had several emails offering much lower amounts and for me to keep the product. This really is ridiculous.

TERRIBLE!
I bought 4 phone holders as fun Christmas presents. These broke 2 screen protectors as we attached them to the phones. DO NOT believe the web page promise of 'hassle free no questions' returns. It took 6 weeks of constantly emailing requesting refund and return details. At every request the supplier kept negotiating for us to keep them, refusing our requests to return for a refund. In the end we managed to recover 50% of the cost and accepted this as we were more and more angry and exasperated and wanted to draw a line under the whole affair and take it as a lesson learnt -that clever Facebook adverts are not all they seem. Do not go anywhere near this company!.

Avoid Havegoods.uk very dishonest

Havegoods.uk is not based UK. I ordered a Balloon Battle Game. They send me a poor quality items, not the same as photos. I asked for a refund, because they are not in UK they would not take the return. Instead the offered a partial refund. They don't abide by Trading Standards or their own returns and refunds policy. After two months of emails, getting Trading Standards involved and post a 1 ⭐ review on Trustpilot. They ask me to take down the review for a full refund. I did, received a full refund and got to keep the game, which I put in the bin!

DO NOT USE!

Rubbish! Sadly giving no stars is not an option - it should be. These people are either amateur or con-artists, or perhaps both.
I ordered from them at the beginning on December. It is now the 27th and still nothing. In fairness, they are replying to my emails and have offered £10 off!
It’s too late. In desperation I ordered the same items from Amazon just before Christmas - they were cheaper and arrived the next day.
AVOID HAVEGOODS AT ALL COSTS.

Scam company

Scam company. Sold me a product set that doesn’t work together and won’t help me return for a full refund. Wasting my time for over a week offering partial refunds and alternative products. Don’t waste your money.

SCAM COMPANY

SCAM COMPANY. Item didnt turn up - claimed they couldn’t find address in UK but tracking showed item still in China. Tried their service email but was rejected so clearly a scam -avoid at all costs

Poor service

Poor service. They don't refund items. It's a scam. Beware. I've spent weeks to no avail. I'm not sure how they get away with it. They need investigating. Dodgy company.

Not even a one star

Not even a one star. I thought I was getting a lovely gnome advent calendar but no. Then when I tried to contact the company they never even answered my emails. I payed through PayPal and they took up the case for me, but to no avail. I asked if they could give me an email for Hobbyart which they did but it didn’t exist what a surprise.The company want me to send back the item first before they will issue a refund, but the only problem is that it will cost me £23 to send it back to CHINA. Under no circumstance use these people.
