Excellent customer service , my lamp unfortunately had a faulty shade however i was quickly offered the option of a replacement or a reduction in price . Love my new lamp , i accepted the refund and am able to position the lamp with the fault on the shade against the wall so it isn’t even visible. Quick delivery and well packaged.I would definitely purchase from this company again.
