From ordering to delivery Style our home was great. Customer services was very efficient in answering any questions I had. The delivery was very good giving you a 3 hour slot and then the driver would call 30 minutes before arriving. Definitely would use again as they are very competitive and have some great items on their website.

Absolutely thrilled with my new sofa
Absolutely thrilled with my new sofa! From start to finish, the entire experience has been exceptional. The customer service team were friendly, helpful, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my choice. Delivery was smooth, on time, and handled with great care.
And the sofa itself? Even better than I imagined, beautifully made, incredibly comfortable, and the perfect addition to my home. You can really tell there’s quality in every detail.
I couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend to anyone looking for both great products and outstanding service!

Very helpful staff and answered quickly to any emails sent. I only gave 4 stars because the delivery options were quite limited and they only seem to allocate delivery slots once a week so the first week it wasn't suitable so I had to wait another week before they came back with a rescheduled date. However I am very pleased with the furniture I ordered. I would happily order from them again providing I wasn't in a hurry for the goods!

First class service. Good range of products and prices are very reasonable, but what impressed me most was their customer service and efficiency which was exceptional, a rare commodity these days. Happy customer.

Poor experience with warranty
Unfortunately I need to review these as 1 star. Please be warned if items fail in warranty an are replaced the warranty time lapses from the initial purchase! The mattress I purchased didn’t last and is unusable.
They charged me part for a replacement under warranty but then won’t honour a new warranty. Then sent me to Dura who sent me back to style my homes and refused to help.
Looking back I should not of had to pay part when it failed under warranty the first time. Be warned

Thank you for your feedback. Our standard warranty provided is 12 months although certain products are provided with an extended manufacturer warranty, in this case 5 years. Following initial usage of 4+ years, the manufacturer replaced the mattress with an associated fair usage charge accepted upon replacement. Subsequently, following almost 4 years further usage of the replacement, the supplier was unable to proceed with an additional exchange as the warranty period commences from initial usage as opposed to resetting with any replacement provided. We have noted cumulative usage of approximately 8 years of the purchase and regrettably the continued use surpasses the original warranty period provided by the mattress provider. Our sincere apologies we were unable to assist further in this instance however we were happy to provide contact details for the supplier as per your request to discuss further.
Chairs not included with dining table.
Had a look at there website for the first time and was interested in the dining table, I emailed them to say is the chairs included and they said not, so why put a picture on with a dining table and chairs if it's just a table, I very nearly bought it.

Our product listings for dining tables do also include lifestyle/room set images for illustrative purposes and in select listings tables are imaged with chairs to allow customers to visualise items in situ. In this instance, customer services clarified your email enquiry that as per listing, the item title indicated dining table as reflected in the RRP, which was clarified prior to any potential purchase. Delivered the wrong item
Delivered the wrong item, when i spoke to them they said its the right item but the wrong image! Cant say im overly happy they do answer the phone but the returns policy is rubbish no date given for return i asked for it asap was told they would contact me within 7 days which i dont think is good enough when its there error

As per the recent communication with our customer services, the consignment was delivered correctly, although apologies for the design enhancement/modification by the supplier which was inconsistent with the imagery online and hence not to your satisfaction. The item qualified for a free return based upon the amendment. In this instance both items ordered were accepted for return although in terms of the return's procedure, we do kindly request to retain the original packaging to facilitate an efficient return. Based upon the disposal of the entire packaging of both items received, we were unable to fast-track the collection with an express carrier, since our nominated carriers would require the items securely packed for onward transportation. Our in-house logistics have now completed the collection within 7 days of your request and safely returned the items, with the refund promptly processed. Our apologies for any inconvenience and we hope you can source a suitable alternative.
