On ne peut pas retourner les articles car ils sont soldés. En réalité ils sont soldés toute l’année.

ACHTUNG - Die Ware kam aus UK. Man muss wissen, dass die (durchaus gesalzenen) Zollgebühren noch auf den Warenpreis drauf kommen. Das steht nirgendwo auf der Webseite. Zwar hat sich die Firma anfangs kulant gezeigt und mir die Zollgebühren erstattet. Aber als ich das Kleid zurücksenden musste (auch die Größenangabe war "falsch") wurde lediglich mein "Konto ausgeglichen". Das heisst, ich bleibe auf 50% der Kosten, die für den Zoll angefallen sind, sitzen. Nie wieder!! Von Kulanz keine Spur mehr.

Beautiful clothes, but returns from the USA are extremely expensive. I just returned 2 out of 3 items ordered and it cost me $75! I won't be ordering from them again. I can find the brands Olivia May carries online in the USA and save myself the return shipping cost. To expect people to spend this much money on returns is ridiculous and people ordering from the USA should be warned of the expense of returns on the Olivia May Ltd website.
