Total scam. Company not based in London as photos shown, delivered from China free delivery on a rubbish dress nothing like the picture depicted far too big and totally unflattering. Unable to return when contact made with company told shipping charge would be £35.00 on a dress costing £34.95 but worth about £10.00. As good will offered a 10% refund and told to keep the dress!!!!

Complete scam - beware ladies. If you look at the website, it's all AI generated of a faux London shop window, no team to meet, no shipping costs.

I ordered 2 items they took 2 weeks to arrive, they look nothing like the image on the website, very poor material and completely wrong size and gigantic in size! Further to reviews I’ve just seen I haven’t even attempted to get a refund , just thrown them in the bin!

Lots of bad reviews has anyone managed to to get a refund .Has anyone reported the fb site .i have also lost money not had much had some .

If I could give no stars I would - company is not UK based - dress took weeks to come, was very poor quality and when you contact for a return they have a £35 shipping charge which is more than the dress - they offered a 10% refund as an alternative - basically £3.40

Bought a dress very cheap material.Cost £35.Company quoting £35 postage!

I had no idea this company wasnt based in London....the impression given on their website...but in China. The sizing, poor quality and nothing like the description of the dress. When requested info to return...as their website stated no quibble returns within 30 days but no £ quoted for returns.......was told it would cost me £35 to return ....or a 10%reduction on the dress which didnt fit to keep it. The dress cost £34.95. Less than return postage!!! No where did website add...how much return postage would be. As I would not have ordered knowing this.
I really wish I had read these reviews before I ordered....as its been an expensive lesson. Please do not order from this company. It certainly is a scam company.

Unfortunately I didn’t see these poor reviews until after I’d ordered my ‘vintage silver’ earrings. They arrived after 2 weeks well packaged in a nice box. The earrings are pretty enough but definitely not silver of any kind and are very poor rough quality. costing £19.95 reduced from £80 if I recall. I will wear them.. until they disintegrate.

SCAM. Do not buy from them. They make out there a London shop but the parcels come from china. They come very cheap material , nothing like the pictures. They ignore you. You will not give your money back.

They scammed me for a lot of money. Never did get my merchandise. THIS IS A SCAM. I tried ontacting Olivia and Mae and didn’t get a phone call back. SHEAM ON THEM

Bought a dress for £48, expecting it will be a nice decent quality. They sent it from China, although I was expecting a UK company, the dress didn’t fit properly (was way too baggy and wide over the waist), it looked nothing like in the picture. And on the back threads were coming out.
I requested to return the item for a refund, they offered me a partial refund and keep the item. I said that I have no use for the item and want my money back. They sent me the China address to return it to, I did that on 18th of December, 2024. Still no refund. I wrote them a couple of email since then, but they just completely ignored them. So I am down £48.
Read the reviews before buying from anyone online and stay away from this one.

The absolute WORST! They are a scam. Ordered three dresses from them they looked nothing like they did on the website and then sent them back and didn't get a refund.

Do not order from this website. My items arrived 7 weeks after ordering, they were very poor quality and sizing. The material was not even the same material that it was marketed as. It cost me £36 to return the item as it comes from CHINA, not the UK as the website leads you to believe. My return was sent via Royal Mail on 15th Jan 2025 (4 months ago) and still has not arrived as it takes that long to go through customs with the return paperwork that Olivia Mae provide. So almost 7 months later I’m still £130 out of pocket.

Offered me 50% back of the £142 plus postage .. 6 months later NOTHING !!!! NOT REPLYING TO MY EMAILS NOW .. KEEP WELL AWAY !!!

Ordered £200 worth of clothes on in 2024, delievry was later than agreed and clothes dont fir, they dont look anything like the picture. I emailed customer service, they said they couldnt control the third party used for deliveries but it should be with me soon. I asked to return clothes and paid shipping fees, clothes got returned to me after 3 months, not collected from their end. I am stuck with clothes that dont fit anyone.

They have refused to refund my money up to now.

I’m so disappointed. Spent way too much on my order thinking this was a legit UK brand and that it would arrive quickly before a trip away. It took months to come. Each garment was a disaster, terrible fit/awful quality. Offered a partial refund but I insisted on full so was given return details. I returned the parcel to China for another £30, for it to sit in customs forever then be returned to me months later.
Customer Services now ignoring me.
Gutted I fell into this trap. Beware.

Ordered £192 worth of clothes on 9th December, for xmas and my holiday. 1 month later, they still hadn't turned up. I emailed customer service, they said they couldnt control the third party used for deliveries but it should be with me soon. I went on holiday, came back, still no parcel. I've since raised a chargeback as they either havent delivered at all and its a scam or the parcel has gone missing.

They have defended the chargeback and provided "evidence" that the parcel had been delivered, but when I click on the links no evidence there, empty links. I was hoping I could see a photo of where it was left or delivered too, if it went to a neighbor or another house? But nothing there.

If it was delivered to my house, and there is evidence of this on my doorstep, then £192 worth of clothing was left on my doorstep for 7 days and has therefore been stolen. If it had been delievered within the agreed timeframe I would have been there to accept delivery.

I still don't have my new clothes NOR my £192 as the bank wont refund me either. Olivia Mae are still defending that they delivered when they haven't!!
