Do not buy from this company. I’ve returned a dress that was cheap and not as advertised. The responder to my emails is saying they cannot refund me as their systems are down. I find it all so odd that they’ve replied to every email I’ve sent for the past 2 months! They may as well not respond 😆. Anyway, I’ve lost about £100 so warning to others, DO NOT PURCHASE from them. I blame myself for buying something from China 😂.

Totaal ander product opgestuurd gekregen. Retourneren moet naar Azie. Geld krijg je niet terug. Oplichters zijn het! Bestel hier niks! De oplichters gebruiken de website .com en .uk, wellicht zijn er nog andere website namen die ze gebruiken.

Massive scam - how is this legal?! I ordered two dresses, both horrendously overpriced for the cheap fabric and frayed seams. I tried to return one dress, and the returns address is a warehouse in China. The address is fake and so the parcel was never delivered in China and arrived back to me, FOUR MONTHS later. Olivia Mae are refusing to refund me for the dress and for the money I spent on postage. Surely this company has to be shut down, this can’t be legal.

I'd been seeing this site on Instagram for ages, all the gorgeous outfits all looked well made and stylish. Did a little research of their site which looked like it was in the UK so decided I would buy a dress for Christmas, it took ages for the dress to arrive I tried to get an eta but you could only send emails for updates. No customer services Dress finally arrived after nearly 3 weeks, I wads so excited to try it on..... well I wish I could upload pictures, it was like someone had made it at school in their first sewing lesson.

This company is in China and should not be allowed to sell anything, nothing but thieves and liars.

They refused to give me a refund or return the dress which had a faulty zip and was nothing like it was describe on there website. And after numerous emails felt I was getting no where!

In the end I went to my bank and asked if I could do a "charge back" and pleased to say I got my £50 back.

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE !!!!!!

Awful. Items took a month to come and no updates at all. Now asking for a refund as the dresses have arrived in basically children sizes and awful. No replies to any of the emails sent for refund request I sent 2 weeks ago

Scam.. waiting for a £93 refund. One item i never received and the other item i returned with international tracking so I know they received it. Website now doesn't work. Total scam

Horrendous items. Horrendous customer service. DO NOT ORDER from here. I’m still waiting on a £90 refund and I also spend another £24 returning the items to china. The website should not be able to be called Olivia mae UK because it certainly is not!

nothing on the website is actually the product some cheap Chinese product that looks slightly like it turns up and to return everything you have to pay to send it to China which cost you more than the actual items did, avoid at all costs!!! don’t waste your money

Biggest scam ever
Ordered few dresses thinking it is a uk based website. IT really isn’t. Shipment was delayed quality was terrible tore after wearing just once. Support team did not respond and there are no return.

Items arrived nothing like advertised- sent back - cost a fortune, only to be returned back to me yesterday 8 weeks later!!! Communication totally stopped now as well! Wish I read here first before purchasing - lesson learnt!

Returned £140 worth of items that cost £30 to return. Stopped responding. No refund received. Items looked nothing like the website. Items are cheap and sent from china

Hallo ik wil even beamen wat hieronder staat, net hetzelfde. Op de foto staat een bordeaux leuk setje met rolkraag en ik het een bruine pijama gekregen.
Je kan niet terugsturen omdat het zogezegd solden artikelen zijn.

I purchased 4 bags and a coat, all of which are very low quality and I wanted to return them all. It took 4 weeks for the items to be sent to me and they all came from china.
Now they aren't replying to me emails about where I can send them back to and get a refund and I really need that money back now. Don't order with them.

Tried to return two dresses which cost a fortune (£28). They sent a partial refund as a good will and said to keep them but wanted a full refund. Dresses got refused at customs and after weeks they eventually found their way back, but the Royal Mail then refused to refund delivery paid. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE, the products are shocking quality and if you want to return them it will only end up a complete mess. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

If I could give zero stars I would! All of the items I received were faulty/ripped/completely different to how they looked online. I paid a lot of money to return the parcel and after over eight weeks I had the parcel returned to sender. At first they were responding back to me awaiting the parcel, but have since completely stopped all communication and are refusing to raise a formal complaint or refund me.

Fake images on their website, actual product is similar but the fabric is terrible.
Went back and forth for ages on email to return. They are registered in the Netherlands so don’t run under UK law so you can’t send in back for free due to being missold.

Niks kopen hier. Komt uit China. Lijkt niet op wat je besteld hebt. Contact gezocht maar gekocht in sale wat bij alle producten staat.. daardoor geen retour mogelijkheid. Ik wilde ook geen geld terug of retour. Ik wilde het product dat ik besteld had voor 59.95 . En niet een soort pyjama pak dat als enige overeenkomst dezelfde kleur heeft.

Fraud! Absolute scam ! Do not buy

Total scam as other have said. As soon as you order their assign a tracking reference to Royal Mail saying goods are out for delivery. Mine was 17th December 2024. Just had an update saying goods have just been despatched and are in China.
Contacted them several times to cancel order and obtain a refund but they just keep saying gods are out for delivery in the UK!! even though they hadn’t yet been despatched from warehouse in China. Have obtained a refund via my bank.
