Ordered £192 worth of clothes on 9th December, for xmas and my holiday. 1 month later, they still hadn't turned up. I emailed customer service, they said they couldnt control the third party used for deliveries but it should be with me soon. I went on holiday, came back, still no parcel. I've since raised a chargeback as they either havent delivered at all and its a scam or the parcel has gone missing.

They have defended the chargeback and provided "evidence" that the parcel had been delivered, but when I click on the links no evidence there, empty links. I was hoping I could see a photo of where it was left or delivered too, if it went to a neighbor or another house? But nothing there.

If it was delivered to my house, and there is evidence of this on my doorstep, then £192 worth of clothing was left on my doorstep for 7 days and has therefore been stolen. If it had been delievered within the agreed timeframe I would have been there to accept delivery.

I still don't have my new clothes NOR my £192 as the bank wont refund me either. Olivia Mae are still defending that they delivered when they haven't!!

DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. EXPENSIVE CLOTHES, THAT YOU'LL NEVER ACTUALLY RECEIVE AND THEY STILL HAVE THE CHEEK TO KEEP THE MONEY & DEFEND A CHARGEBACK!

This is a scam company based in China. Last June an order took over a month to be delivered, tried to cancel. As well as being late quality was terrible. Offered 30% refund to keep goods, but i at my own expense paid £30 to return goods to China to address they provided. Goods stuck in customs for months were eventually delivered in Jan 2025. Though when I emailed they said they couldn't find them! The goods were then returned back to me in the original packaging! Disgusting behaviour do not use. Think they have changed their name now. BEWARE

Absolutely shocking customer care I returned a jumpsuit and paid £28 postage to return to china it has been sitting in customs since 7th Jan I have emailed the company numerous times regarding it and no response. I would never order for this site again and would not recommend it.

Absolutely shocking this company is… September 2024 I sent 2 dresses back to the address given in china.. cost me £27.40 the dresses never got picked up from china. So sent back to me. Received them in February 2025… 5 months!!!! They said they would give me 30% of the total cost as refund.. after lots of e-mails they are now ignoring me 😡😡😡😡 shocking company & I wish I had read the reviews before buying. AVOID 😡

I bought a lovely jumpsuit from the company but it came 4 weeks later. When trying to return the website was no longer.
I’ve emailed and they said there systems/website is down and that they’ll honour my return when back up and running. It’s been 3 months now and still nothing. Has anyone had success of contacting the company/getting refund? It literally feels like they’ve blocked my social media account from seeing their webpages, that’s how bizarre it looks from ordering to all of a sudden after receiving they’ve vanished.
Help! (£90 jumpsuit!)

Absolutely DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE ITS A SCAM

I never even received the item. It’s been nearly 6 months. They do reply via email but give all sorts of excuses (systems are down, can’t process refund…) and will just refuse to give you your money or product.

They are scammers and thieves.

The quality of clothes was absolutely terrible and when I emailed for refund they stopped responding after a while. I will absolutely do not recommend. DO NOT BUY!!!

I wish I could rate it lower. Absolutely shocking service. Stupidly didn't read reviews and now lost £55 on a dress which was so far from the picture it was laughable. Paypal did nothing to help get money back so just a frustrating scam of a site.

This is a SCAM, do not touch this company with a bargepole!

God I wish I had read these reviews before getting sucked in. I ordered a jacket and it fits as if it was Made by a blind man. £70 down the drain, and no responses to my emails now. I'm sure they will disappear into thin air shortly but I suspect they will suck some silly hopefuls (like myself..,) in first.

Awful company. Clothes arrived looking nothing like the photos and terrible quality. Had to pay extra for tracked returns for items that took 6 weeks to arrive for them to never refund my money. They replied to my first few emails about my refund and then never replied after that. Do not use this company!!

I’M TRYING TO GET MY MONEY BACK THROUGH MY CREDIT CARD AND I HAVE TO FOOT THE BILL FOR THE RETURNS TO GET BASICALLY HALF MY MONEY BACK ON A £150 PURCHASE FROM THEM. SCAM SCAM SCAM DON’T PURCHASE HERE. THE ITEMS ARENT LIKE THE PICTURES, REALLY CHEAP AWFUL MATERIAL AND IT DOESNT TAKE 3-5 DAYS TO COME IT TAKES A MONTH BECAUSE IT’S NOT FROM THE UK BUT OVERSEAS. WISH ID READ THESE REVIEWS FIRST BEFORE PURCHASING

Olivia Mae shouldn’t even be awarded 1star if I could give minus 5 stars I would. I also returned the two dresses to the address provided on the returns form paying for overseas signed for postage via Royal Mail which cost me £21.55. I was returning 2 dresses which I hadn’t even tried on as I was very disappointed with the quality/feel of the fabric. The refund amount was £70 so I was willing to pay the postage to receive a full refund. I returned the dresses the end of September 2024 and they arrived in China at the end of October. I hadn’t received a refund so I contacted Olivia Mae in January 2025 to be told their refund system was down and sorry for the delay, on the 15th January I received my parcel back from China, the stamp showed a box which had been marked with unclaimed, refused. As stated in the refund policy I had provided the company with the tracking number and Royal Mail receipt and a picture of the parcel. I am still receiving emails from the Company who are stating that as the items were not received they can only offer me a 30% refund which does not even cover the cost of postage. I have asked for a full refund as the parcel was not collected in China and provided photos of the returned parcel and tracking information, I have also asked for the name and address of the managing director, which they have ignored.
The latest email stated “Thank you for your continued communication, and I apologize for the frustration this has caused. I understand that the 30% refund does not fully cover the costs you incurred, including the postage, and I truly sympathize with your situation.

Unfortunately, as much as we would like to offer more, our hands are tied by the company's policies, and we are unable to process a refund beyond the 30% at this stage. We’ve done our best to accommodate you within the guidelines we have in place”

I have asked for advice from the Uk international consumer centre. They have scammed me out of £70 and do not follow their own refund policy. I dint hold any hope of receiving my money back, pay pal won’t refund it as I purchased the dresses over 30days ago.

I have received another email offering me 50% refund. Which I have refused as I am entitled to 100% refund.

Same experience as others. I decided to send the items back to the address in China on their website. I sent it back in September 2024 and have just had it returned to me (February 2025) saying it was refused and uncollected.

I was told if I wanted my £42 refund that I had to post back to china, recorded delivery & send proof of this. I did this and it cost me £22.40 to post back. I then waited 8 weeks and then contacted to see if they had received. They are still saying they have not received and only want to give me 30% refund. Shocking service. Wish I didn’t bother my head ordering, the quality is extremely poor of their clothing too. Not worth the money!! AVOID

Exactly the same as the other reviews. Only refunding 30% but then the system was down. Totally disgusting.They just rob your money. Sent the item back on 17/12 and it still hasn't arrived

Ordered 18th November £250 odd worth of clothes, the clothes were terrible cheap quality. Send the clothes back to china which cost £35.00. Expecting a full refund, apparently their payment systems were down for 2 months. I had an email today 4/02/25 saying the system is back up but they can only give me a 30% refund. This company is horrendous! How can they get away with this. I’ve reported this to my bank because I think this is the only hope of me getting my money back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

its a scam... the quality is very bad and they make it difficult for you to make a return, i spent £50, then they told me they can only give me a 30% return, and when i asked for the 30% return i got an email saying that their returns systems are down and cannot issue a refund at the moment! someone should take down their website
