If I could give less than 1 star I would. Also known as Olyva London Paid £34.95 for a dress that arrived after a week and was nothing like the image portrayed. Return is to Asia so not worth the postage costs. The item also smelt terrible, literally like it’s come from a sweat shop, I’ve not even bothered trying it on, truly awful. Feel totally scammed. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I would strongly advise caution before purchasing from Olivia Rose London.
The company appears to present itself as UK-based, however returns are directed to Shenzhen, China — something that was not clearly disclosed at the time of purchase.
This makes returning items expensive and impractical, which raises concerns about transparency.
Customer service was also very poor. Despite sending several detailed emails, I only received repetitive, generic responses that did not address my concerns.
Overall, a frustrating experience and not what I would expect from a company presenting itself to UK consumers.

SCAM SITE - No shop in London, its a front for a Chinese warehouse. Send inferior goods, make it financially unreasonable to send items back. PLEASE GO ON THEIR WEBSITE AND REPORT IT AS A SCAM SITE

I think this company is trading as Olivia rose.com also as Bcshared they are based in china not the USA or the UK
They have the same products on Pintrest.

I would give them - 3 stars if I could, shop change name from zara mae london to Olivia Rose London, bad quality, wrong size and they don't tell people they order from china and very high prices.Terrible customer service and they don't refund

Bought my other half some jogging bottoms and when they finally arrived - what a load of trash, cheap nasty tack and £35 lost.
You also have to pay to send back.

Total scam, stupidly bought without reading the reviews. Product is dreadful, material very cheap. In order to get refund I need to send product to China! Lesson learned!

Scam! I never received anything and never had any response from my emails. Bank refunded me in the end.

Bought jumper from what I thought was a respectable store and pricey, not so when I saw it was made in China I thought oh no. What a scam need to return to China if you wish for refund at your own cost. DO NOT USE ITS A NEW TACTIC FOR CHINESE GOODS.
Offered partial refund not happy.

Total scam - spent almost £200 on clothes - they arrived but really poor quality and one of them nearly made me sick with the smell of it. Said I could return them but the postage cost £70 and the girl in the post office said if it never reaches them (or they say they didn't receive it) there is £30 insurance cover - how is this still able to happen????

Do not buy from this company, total con artists. Received my order to find it being cheap nylon rubbish and nothing like what was advertised. Lucky I didn’t spend that much unlike other reviews I have seen. Avoid!!

Took ages to arrive, when they arrived they were shiny cheap nylon. My partner has told me not to Wear them anywhere near her. Not that I would.
Please avoid like the plague

Disgraceful bunch of scammers. What I received was nothing like I ordered....cheap, nasty Chinese trash. Several e-mails later no response and it appears they've changed their name. It was Olivia Clark of London.
Buyer Beware as if you request return and refund you'll be directed to a Chinese address and be responsible for all postal charges including import tax.
Shame on them all.

Like others if I could leave a 0 star review I would... or review with big alarm bells.
Order didn't arrive so chased, was told goods would come from Europe not London like I was led to believe. Now being fobbed off that it's a courier issue and not their problem.
Since ordering, website is now not working. Wish I'd seen reviews before.... this is clearly a scam. Have asked for refund but not heard back. So reporting them to my bank to hopefully get money back that way.
DON'T BUY FROM THEM!!!!

UPDATE - got the goods eventually.. of course the clothes were awful quality and sizing was a mix from too small to too big even though supposedly all the same size. Asked to return as per consumer rights.. was advised I'd have to return to China and the cost to return the order would be £130.00 more than my order was in the first place. Why if the goods have come from Europe do I have to return to China... when they are a company supposedly based in London. Avoid like the plague. I've learnt a valuable lesson.

Do not waste your money , item purchased was an AI image and absolutely nothing like what I received. Went straight on Temu and image searched what I brought from Charles and Olivia and lo and behold same item , same image and less than £20 on Temu. Temu quality is expected on Temu. This is a company using false product images and importing/buying from places like Temu and selling at 3x the price.

Wish I’d read these. Nothing like the image, colour, quality or fit, even the buttons are a different colour. This is a scam and the return address so ambiguous, staircase to the left, that’s not going to arrive is it and I won’t get my refund. I had confidence because it was advertised for £125 so expected a nice item. Please don’t waste your time or money here.
