Sono molto deluso dal negozio online
Sono molto deluso dal negozio online. Gli occhiali sono ottimi. Ho già acquistato diverse volte. Ma ho aspettato 3 settimane per un ordine e non ho nemmeno ricevuto una risposta alle mie ripetute domande sullo stato.
Penso quasi che si tratti di una frode.

ci dispiace leggere la sua delusione. Ci teniamo però a chiarire che la soddisfazione dei nostri clienti è sempre la nostra priorità e che non lasceremmo mai un ordine senza gestione né domande senza risposta.
Come indicato nella nostra risposta automatica, dall’11 al 22 agosto il nostro Customer Care ha operato in “summer mode”, con tempi di risposta leggermente più lunghi del solito. A partire da oggi abbiamo ripreso a gestire regolarmente tutte le richieste — inclusa la sua — e riceverà a breve un riscontro dettagliato sul suo ordine.

My best purchase of 2024.
Sunglasses so good I could wear them to go to sleep. My best purchase of 2024. And brought again multiple times in 2025.
I hesitantly brought a pair of the Chiara model of these sunglasses while on holiday in 2024, having previously only squandered euros on cheap market stall sunglasses.
The pure indulgence of this purchase was squashed by the form, fit, and function of these faboulous sunglasses. They now go everywhere with me and feel so fine all day long.
I desperately came back for many more coordinating colours in 2025. And as such need to do a shout out to Vari whose customer service was superb and only supassed by the product itself. But still Vari was very impressive and absolutely outstanding.
I took 3 pairs on holiday this year and feared losing them more than my passport. But the only people stealing them from me to wear were my kids. However, I was also stopped by 2 people who wanted to know where I got them from so they could get them too.
Anyway, thank you for problem solving a personal sunglasses nightmare that I’ve had for decades. Don’t be suprised if a get a blue pair in 2026!

Déçue de mon achat
J’ai acheté mes lunettes y’a environ un mois et au bout de 15 jours les verres étaient rayés malgré le soin que leur ai apporté et du sable de la plage s’est coincé entre le verre et la monture.
Je suis déçue car j’aime beaucoup l’esthétique de ces lunettes mais aussi leur confort. L’année dernière j’ai acheté deux paires de lunettes censées être de moins bonne qualité et elles ne sont pas du tout rayées.

I discovered this brand in Spain and have since purchased 5 pairs. They are much more hard wearing than usual high street sunglasses and I’ll never go back. Their customer service is also excellent, I received a prompt response and immediate action - thank you Vari. Will continue to recommend!

Ho preso 2 occhiali da sole Tokyo ed Emma su questo sito e mi sono trovato benissimo.Spedizione veloce ordinati venerdì pomeriggio arrivati stamattina con Corriere BRT alle 12.Occhiali come in foto leggerissimi e davvero molto belli,qualità prezzo ottima.Sono davvero molto soddisfatto

Moi je les ai adoré ! Mais au bout de trois mois, malgré le rangement quotidien dans leur housse...une branche s est cassée au niveau de la vis. C est très fragile ! Dommage
