Impossible to cancel subscription
Impossible to cancel. I cancelled online though I was still charged for this month. When you message, you only have an AI chatbot. Had to send multiple emails, subscription still not cancelled.

Boxes no longer update
Boxes no longer update. Been using for years but now you can't get up to date box. Vouchers no longer cover magazine cost. Used to love ok boxes but customer service not as good as it was previously.

Customer service is shocking
Customer service is shocking. It takes 28 hrs for a human to reply and my enquiry was not even answered. Missed the advent promotion because my account is not working properly , not accepting codes or priority links despite being live on their website at 6am. Brought elsewhere in the end. Seriously considering unsubscribing if this is how bad their customer service is.

Great box but no magazine as promised
Great boxes and had for a few months now and always been happy…..until the last 2 lots of magazine vouchers haven’t worked! Tried in several shops but declined….thos is what separates this brand from others….but if no longer working may do the switch!

I box i received is definitely not the box advertised, that I was expecting. This is surely an old box, with three cheap looking tubes, one being, Glow Drops?? It is a box I would definitely have skipped. Im hugely disappointed.
And I am not prepared to go to the trouble of posting a box back, that I did not order.
We are entitled, surely, to receive items we have selected. This smacks of a fraudulent practise to get rid of old stock.
Why would I be expecting anything but what is advertised? Being disappointed to receive something I never paid for, is an understatement.
As for contacting them, so they can look into it? Please.
Ill cancel the subscription. They are not to be trusted.

Considering cancelling
I thought these were really worth it at first but am now considering cancelling. None of the hair products are ant good for my type 4a hair. The blush products are usually too light for my mixed race skin. It all seems very focused on Caucasian skin and hair. Also skin products seem to be for dry or normal skin, never oily as mine is.
Please be better.

Subscribed and just received my 3rd box
My 3rd box has just arrived and although I’m enjoying receiving the beauty products (good brands, size etc) they are already a bit repetitive. I am gifting some bits to my daughter but I think I’m on my third serum and second lot of highlighting drops and face cream. I will continue to subscribe as there are at least 2 item variations each month and I like receiving the box but if it continues I may have to pause/cancel.

I loved the selection in this box especially the primer and hair&body mist which had a lovely light scent just what I needed while the weather was so hot.

I recently brought the Scent Box special. I have brought lots before and never had a broken item. This time not so! Two glasses perfumes were in the same plastic bag with no packing - the neck was broken clean off.
