I absolutely love Give Me Cosmetics
I absolutely love Give Me Cosmetics, the products are really good. My favourite product is their handcream and s&c. Also good value for money, i have never had a problem with them, the staff are wonderful and very helpful. Also 10/10 customer service. I have been using their products for 3 years and I haven't use any other products since. I highly recommend Give Me Cosmetics 🩷🩷

I purchased a bundle when my order arrived most of the products in the bundle were missing . The products I did receive were dusty, dirty and some of the packaging was open . I emailed them straight away with pictures etc and I was told I have to return the products and ask for an exchange which I did
10 days later I was refunded minus return postage costs
I received no apology , no exchange and out of pocket
Just to be told the bundle was now out of stock
Can’t believe how shocking the customer service of this company is! Do not buy from this company!!

I purchased a range of products for my daughter for her birthday. Sadly after using one of them she had an allergic reaction. I contacted customers services to return the remaining unused and unopened items, they initially agreed without hesitation and provided a returns link. The next day I received another e-mail from a different person retracting their initial response and refusing to accept a return of unused and u opened items to the value of £35! I am disgusted with this behavior and do not recommend their products or the company. Here is the AI generated confirmation:

Having carefully reviewed the correspondence, we can see that you were advised on multiple occasions before your email to the CEO that any unused items could be returned to us, I then followed up after your email to our CEO stating the same thing again. For this reason, we are a little unsure where the misunderstanding may have arisen from, however we are truly sorry if any part of the communication caused confusion or frustration in any way. That was certainly never our intention.
Following your most recent email, we also offered to arrange a phone call so that we could personally talk through each communication step by step and answer any questions directly. We completely understood and respected your decision not to proceed with this for personal reasons.
As explained in our previous correspondence, all returns and refunds are assessed in line with the terms and conditions agreed to at the point of purchase and again when submitting a return request. I absolutely love this company
I absolutely love this company! I have used their hair products, their skin products and now I have started using their lip gloss. I have got some lip liners and more lip gloss coming for my birthday in a few days which I cannot wait to try! They usually always have some offers on so prices are affordable, and always comes quickly. I highly recommend this company!

I googled shampoo for hair with greasy roots and dry ends Mango and Passionfruit shampoo and conditioner came up . Ordered them both couldnt wait to try them . Loved the smell, shampoo lathered up well put conditioner just on ends . What a dissapointment the roots were greasy the day after , the hair was flat . Definately not buying again . 😬

Hair can be surprisingly complex, especially when you’re dealing with oily roots and dry ends at the same time. Finding the right balance often takes a bit of trial and error, even with products designed specifically for that concern. Things like how much shampoo you use, how thoroughly it’s rinsed, and even how long you’ve been using a previous product can all affect the result.
When switching to a new formula, your hair and scalp sometimes need a short adjustment period. If you’ve been using heavier or silicone-rich products before, for example, it can take a few washes for your scalp to rebalance oil production. In the meantime, roots can feel oilier or hair may fall flatter than expected.
Application can also make a difference—using a small amount of shampoo focused on the scalp, rinsing really well, and keeping conditioner strictly mid-lengths to ends (as you did) is a great approach. Some people also find that double-cleansing (a quick first wash, followed by a second) helps remove buildup more effectively when dealing with greasy roots.
That said, not every product works for everyone, and we completely understand your disappointment. Hair type, water hardness, styling habits, and even environment can all influence how a product performs.
We’d advise continuing to trial and adjust how you use the shampoo and conditioner set you’ve purchased—small changes in amount, technique, or frequency can sometimes make a noticeable difference in the results. Will be buying the curly hair set next for me & my youngest 2 children as they have curly hair but there’s is more curly.
Also the lash serum!! Wow my lashes have grown so much I used to get my lashes done but had to stop due to them falling out so quickly & taking my natural lashes too but wow they’ve grown like you wouldn’t believe!

Best hair products
Just made my second order with GiveMeCosmetics and I suffer really badly with a sensitive scalp and bad migraines ( and some shampoos set my headaches off instantly after using ), so its nice to finally find a shampoo that helps but also works well on my hair type aswell. I've tried so many brands of shampoo and give me's clarifying shampoo & conditioner set in Tea Tree and coconut oil is my favourite!! The scent isn't strong but that suits me as it cleans my hair but also doesn't give me a bad migraine after using.
Highly recommend this product! Will be ordering more. So please DONT discontinue this product it's honestly a life saver for me.

Avoid at all costs!
I’ve used their products for quite a while with no problem and great quality items, unfortunately this time things were very different. The formula for their products has clearly changed. The smell is off, the consistency is thinner and it does nothing for my hair, in fact I feel my hair has suffered as a result of using their products. I had ordered a large box, which arrived soaking wet with a massive hole in the cardboard box. 3 products were missing and the heat defence spray had broken and was empty which is obviously what caused the parcel to be damaged. I got in touch with customer services with all of the issues and was made to send photo after photo for a fortnight, keeping me hanging on for closure until I threatened to get trading standards involved. They then accused me of being aggressive and issued me with a £3 refund! (The order was a £60 order).
Please please avoid these charlatans. Their products are chemically and of terrible quality as is their awful customer care team. I will never give them another penny of my hard earned money ☹️
Update ***
After a reply from their customer service id like to change my star rating to a zero, such a shame that isn’t an option. They still cannot admit to being terrible at their jobs, I’ve had better customer service from every other company I’ve ever dealt with. They simply will not own their mistakes. Also the reply didn’t mention the drop in quality of their products, apparently arguing with me is more important than the damage their products could do to people’s hair. Sums them up perfectly. Money and getting the last word will always come before customers.

As previously explained, we carried out a full review of your case and provided a partial refund in line with the damage reported. The requests for images were part of our standard process when investigating parcels reported as damaged in transit.
We can also confirm there has been no change to our product formulations. Our products continue to meet the same quality standards since they have been launched, so I am unsure where you have gotten the information from that anything has changed however feel free to send this over and we will certainly look into the mis-information being advertised and who is doing so.
Throughout this process, our team remained professional, polite and consistent at all times, despite repeated contact across multiple platforms and an increasingly inappropriate tone. We continued to respond and provide clear, factual information in order to explain our processes and ensure full transparency.

Mother's day gift from me to me!
Saw their advert for Mother's day special box £25 for almost £100 products and all the products looked amazing.
They've been recommended before as Cruelty free (the most important) and also SLS and paraben free. I wear hair extensions and can't use SLS.
The box arrived and it's gorgeous, so well packaged. I tried the lip liner on my hand and never known a lip liner to stay on even if smudged, this well!
I sprayed the body spray and it reminded me of the beach and ocean.
I'm not a mum but I'm a dog mom so I really think I qualified!
It was my birthday on end of march and was a lovely gift for me.

Blown away !!!!
I saw an add on facebook. They were offering a mothers day box gift set 10 items for £25!!!. I decided to give it a try. I recieved the pink shampoo,conditioner and hair mask and honestly my hair has never felt so soft !!!!. The botanical breeze body spray and body oil smells amazing and last longer than any impulse spray i usually get. I am really impressed and i cannot wait to try more of there products it was very fast delivery as well.

When i 1st saw the advert for give me cosmetics, I was sceptical. Im so glad I tried them!! From their shampoos and hair masks, to their skin care range, id recommend them to everyone, and all ages.
