Eloise helped us put together the floral arrangement we purchased earlier. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does. Such a sweet and talented person!

Pleased with the goods. Only disappointment was the carriage charge for a split delivery when the reason for this was that not all of the items were in stock for delivery. So either wait 8 weeks... Se mer

I spent nearly £600 buying five oka lamps. The designs and lamp bases are very attractive however the quality of the light fittings is atrocious. Of the five table lamps I bought four no longer work two have short-circuited themselves a third one we don’t know why it’s not working in the fourth one the fitting cracked but the way it has been manufactured it is impossible to replace it so an £150 lamp is now rendered useless because it’s not possible to replace the 50p lamp socket. I will not be touching the shop with a barge pole in future and I would strongly advise you to avoid any other electrical goods. The quality of the lamps I’ve bought in the past from John Lewis and IKEA is far better

Svar från OKA - Marlow
We are extremely disappointed to hear of the quality you have found with our lamps recently. This is not the usual standard that we would expect to have reports on.
Please do reconnect with the Customer Service Team at customerservice@oka.com and we will fully investigate the quality of the lamps you have received and resolve this for you
