Excellent product and service
We were looking to purchase a set of dining chairs and spoke to Aaron in the Bicester branch to check they had them in stock. Aaron was great - he confirmed stock and sent us photographs to help us with our decisions. We then visited the store to see the chairs in person and Aaron couldn't have been more helpful. We are really happy with the chairs, good quality and comfortable to sit in. Initially we were only going buy four but ended up with six!

None engaging staff -terrible experience.
None engaging staff, not the right information given, not very helpful response to questions and got a pretty much smug reply from one of the staff members to an enquiry at the cash desk- absolutely terrible experience.
Staff members need retraining, especially the guy that was on the cash desk-not really how are you engage with a customer.

I have been buying from Oka for over 20 years and the experience has always been First Class. I purchase both full price and also pick up some great pieces at the Bicester Outlet Shop in Bicester Avenue. Finley who works in the outlet knows what pieces I am likely to purchase, he has a very good eye, and always guides me in the right direction. Great staff, great products. Highly recommend a visit.

The store provides an impressive variety of furniture styles, ranging from modern minimalist to classic vintage, ensuring there's something for every taste and home decor vision.
What truly set oka apart was the outstanding staff. Each team member was incredibly friendly, approachable, and eager to assist.
