Right in the centre of things, on the bustling Milsom high street, it’s surrounded by popular interiors, fashion and gift shops, as well as independent cafes, and is a short walk from the pleasure gardens and historic homes of famed authors, architects and thinkers such as Jane Austen and Beau Nash. Previously home to Parkhouse and Co. Brilliant customer service in Bath…
Brilliant customer service in Bath Store today. Male assistant ( sorry didn’t take his name ), was fabulous. I didn’t buy anything at the time but when I got home I decided to call up and enquire about a Sheepskin Throw that I thought was lovely. He was amazing on the phone and I bought it.

I couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience. I called the Bath store, and Alex took my call. From the start, Alex was incredibly clear and helpful. He updated me in real-time about the availability of the lamps and lampshades, confirming that everything was in stock. Alex also took the time to explain the delivery process, including who would deliver the lamps, and reassured me that the courier would send a text with a delivery time and tracking code. This really put my mind at ease, especially since the lamps and shades were a significant investment.
When the lamps arrived, I was not only impressed by how stylish and beautiful they are, but also by the delivery experience. The lamps were packed with exceptional care, ensuring they arrived in perfect condition. Overall, I'm beyond happy with both the product and the service I received. Thank you, Alex, and the OKA team!
