I use the site often for theatre bookings, mostly for the brilliant online TKTS booth on the day discounts, and the fact that you don’t need to sign in to create an account, so it’s great as a go-to place to recommend to other non-regular theatre goers. The standard prices are also never inflated with hidden service charges.

Just had a great experience in trying to exchange a booking for an alternate date. Got an almost immediate response from Amy in Customer Services on a Sunday morning, who managed to change a future booking to my preferred new date with almost the same seats. New tickets were emailed over instantly.

We needed to change our tickets booked for kidsweek due to an unexpected change in our holiday dates. Amy handled everything quickly, clearly and efficiently meaning that we didn't have to miss seeing our booked show. Great customer service!

Every year I book Kids week and I always have a great experience with my family. For the first I needed support with changing the date for one show which I had booked by mistake. They were very fast in responding to me and finding a solution to my problem. Amy responded to all my requests promptly and helped me sort things out. I purchased a theatre ticket for the wrong date. I have an upcoming trip to London and made an error when booking the ticket. I contacted Official London Theatre through their exchange form and they got back with me very quickly, with detailed instructions for how to rectify the situation. I mistakenly double booked a date to the theatre which coincided with the date for my Mums 100th birthday party. Danielle was prompt in establishing that the theatre were kind enough to change tickets and provided clear advice of the process I had to follow.
