We were unable to attend the Sinatra musical last week because of illness that occurred a day before the show. We contacted LOVE theatre to see if anything could be done and received the most brilliant customer service through Kat who sorted out our issue fast and efficiently so we are re-booked at no extra charge in a months time.
Kat was excellent and confirmed everything quickly by phone and by email!

I love theatre but am retired and have no extra pension - I can get great deals through LoveTheatre, and 'pay it forward' by going to previews at low prices and then spreading the word, giving good reviews etc.

Didn’t receive a booking confirmation until I chased it. Still don’t have any tickets and need to wait until 3 days before the show. It all feels very uncertain when having to book hotels and travel in advance.

I loved the Bluey show. It was very well organised, and my son absolutely loved it.

The only downside was that we had to book seats in the Upper Circle, as the other tickets were sold out. Unfortunately, there was little to no interaction with the audience in that section, and most of the activities and character interactions were limited to the seats closer to the stage.

I completely understand that this is difficult to avoid, but it did leave us feeling a little disappointed. From the Upper Circle, it felt more like watching a movie or a regular stage show rather than being part of an interactive Bluey experience. It would have been great if there were at least a few activities or interactions involving the upper seating areas as well.

I can’t find my theatre ticket confirmation or reference number which I paid.Have contacted your company to ask for urgent help as the play is today and I still waiting and was told to wait for 10 days.It’s not good enough as I need immediate response solution and get repeat confirmation ticket now!

Totally awesome show highly recommend. Fabulous choreography and dancers were awesome. Great storyline, energy next level can’t praise it enough!

HOT MESS Clever show with witty lyrics. Short but better that way and for £15 I can't complain. Viewing was not too obstructed.

Wonderful show preceded by nice light bite and drink in Studio 5 restaurant and drink in bar, great staff at entire venue, thanks for a lovely afternoon.
