Not only do I love the filtration system, but about 2 years after purchasing it we had an issue with a part. After contacting them, they promptly got back to us and sent us a replacement for free!

Hello, I was having an issue with my 7 stage undersink RO system, my water started to have a foul smell and my filters were only about 3 month old. I reached out and everyone i chatted with give me some info and things I could try and that was helpful but didnt fix my issue. I ordered new filters and put them in and my problem was solved. However, I explained this too JENNIFER and she was very understanding and sent me replacement filters free of charge! I NEVER have had this kind of service from a company! They care about there products and want too keep there customers and I will definitely be staying with NU Aqua for my family's clean safe water needs! The customer service is really great with this company. I had a power outage and my filtration system stopped working. I reached out to the chat on the website and the person worked with me to figure out what was wrong with the system - I needed a new part. The chat had closed by the time my partner was able to send me our order number, so I needed to contact someone new. The new customer service person worked with the person I'd talked to earlier and was able to order me the necessary part. While I can appreciate the use of AI bots for technology, I'm very grateful that this company still directs you to an actual, live PERSON. I'm giving 5 stars for the experience - I'll see when the part arrives, whether this brings our water filtration system back up and running again.
