Great experience with support starting with when I called in I spoke w Rob in support and he was able to help me understand my out of warranty options and likely fixes. I submitted my details to support and Jennifer was able to help me out right away and get me the part that I needed to get my water filter running again. Thanks for the great support guys for making this an easy repair.

I have been using this system from it's beginning. There were a few kinks to work out with the filters, and probably still are with the electronics. However, your support team has been the best all the way along, and the improvement is great. I always get the right help advice , and i have to say they are very patient and kind and very effective. I was replacing all the filters in my nuaquasysrem and when I opened the UV light tube the glass was broken. I emailed the company and Jennifer responded. She very quickly responded with an email letting me know a replacement UV lamp would be sent to replace the broken one. Easiest call for a problem I have ever made.
