Communication was excellent, shipping was quick, and packing was safe and secure. I'm super impressed with the quality of the sign and definitely feel that I got my money's worth! I will be using neonific for all of my neon needs in the future. I highly recommend neonific!

Good customer care
It took almost 2 months to receive my order but the Customer Care (Alvin) was always available to answer my questions and kept a close eye on my order. Finally receive it and loved the products.

I knew nothing about LED NEON before I ordered this.I saw your info on line and decided to order my sign for my granddaughter’s bedroom. She is always acting in different productions. With my choice of words and Mr.Alvin Chik’s help it came out perfect. My granddaughter loves it ! And with your hardware, instructions and dimmer switch it is a BIG HIT !

After asking a lot of quotations to make a custom neon for my company’s logo, and getting very high prices, I found that at Neonific they are very honest in pricing and very good in designing a custom neon given an image.
