Love the mattress. Just the right amount of memory foam. I have a back injury and arthritis ans usually am in pain if I lay in the same position over an hour on our old bed. This one does not cause me any pain. I would highly recommend it!

Great Customer Service, Mixed Product Experience
Overall, my experience has been a mix of product feedback and truly exceptional customer service.
I’m still on the fence about our mattress. I do wake up with some shoulder discomfort, and there is noticeable motion transfer that can be disruptive. We’ve also found the mattress to be a bit slippery — our fitted sheet tends to loosen and the bedding gets tangled, especially on my husband’s side. That said, my husband really likes the mattress, so our experience has been somewhat split.
On the positive side, we also purchased full-size mattresses for our kids, and they absolutely love them. They’ve been very comfortable and have made a noticeable difference in their sleep, which has been a big win for our family.
We also tried the Comfort Sleep Bundle, which is great in terms of quality — everything feels soft, lightweight, and well made. My only frustration is that it doesn’t include a duvet cover, and there’s no option to purchase one separately. It would really elevate the experience to have a fully coordinated set.
Where this company truly stands out is their customer service. It has been outstanding. Douglas has gone above and beyond to ensure we feel supported and taken care of throughout the process. Knowing we have a 365-day trial to adjust to the mattress — and for it to adjust to us — provides real peace of mind.

From start to finish this was a good experience. Easy to navigate website with lots of info. Great prices. The Alpine arrived quickly. Set up was so easy. Bedding as well as mattress protector and pillows are very good quality and soft material. Ive been sleeping on it for a month and its firm but not painfully so. It fits a queen frame perfectly with no gaps. Im totally happy with my purchase ! AND ITS CANADIAN !! 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

An excellent product and customer service experience
The customer service team and the shopping experience was excellent. I called to ask re the mattresses and to help hone our choice. It was delivered as promised and was easy to unpack and put on the bed.
We have had the BEST sleeps we have had for some time on a hybrid supreme mattress. . The aches and pains in shoulders, neck and back are no longer evident. It is sooo comfortable.
The added package of complimentary sheets, duvet, duvet cover and pillows was greatly appreciated. We think that the pillows enhance the sleep experience.
It seems excellent quality, has a 365 day return policy and is a Canadian made product.
We couldn’t be happier.
