My Mercedes Benz bike had an issue and they repaired it very quickly. I have been to their headquarters in Perth, they are nice and honest people, just maybe a bit overwhelmed with the many orders they are receiving lately. Definitely NOT a scam company. Just be patient and your bike will arrive, or they will refund you if it doesn't.

Solid bike that's worth the wait
I picked up my Large Silver Arrows Sport from N+ Bikes office in Perth, Australia this morning and was pleasantly greeted by of their staff. They expertly gave me a rundown of what I needed to know and politely saw my off. So glad they assembled it for me as its a very smooth ride from the get go. No kinks, weird sounds or anything like that.
It's a beautiful bike, heavy but stealth in nature. So glad I went for the Sport model, as that extra boost comes in handy. The max speed I reached was 39 km/hr albeit for a few seconds. You really need to keep pedalling to sustain it and my fitness levels are far from ideal.
To be honest, I struggled to get home though as it was a 40km ride that took just under 2hours. I ended up with a numb butt, blistered thumb using the Enviro CVS while going up hills and sore shoulders from having to lean too far forward in order to reach the handle bars. I did stop frequently to relax and enjoy the riverviews. I plan on biking it to work so am relieved that that trip is half the distance.
The first things I will change out are the seat, handle bar grips and pedals as they are not comfy for longer rides. I will also look into getting a stem riser which should make it a perfect ride for me afterwards.
All in all its a great bike at a great price. Customer support and communication have been great and while I hear a lot of others complaining, you could see a hard working team working on coordinating the influx of order. If anyone else out there is still considering, go for it or if you're still waiting, hang tight, as it's definitely worth the wait.

The concept is good however the attention to detail and components let Mercedes Benz down badly.
As an owner of two Mercedes Benz cars I was quite excited about owning a Mercedes Benz ebike given the quality of my vehicles. I guess its just an unspoken expectation that anything carrying that symbol will have amazing engineering. Unfortunately it's just not there. Having ridden and raced both mountain and road bikes for many years I know the parts and components that are of the highest quality and this ebike most definitely doesn't have them. After watching a inline video on the rear hub assembly I find this a very clever design but that's as far as it goes. In frame batteries are now a pretty common thing in most big brand bikes as is mid drive units. The Tectro brakes are as cheap as they come in the world of bicycle stopping power and they perform as such. It also sports a set of very cheap aluminium rims. Having ridden other major brand ebikes I find the power delivery underwhelming also. The gearing doesn't go low enough to tackle really steep inclines and it runs out of torque anyway. All the gear, electronic and brake cables are poorly routed and are far too long and rub on the frame meaning after a few short rides they are rubbing the finish off the frame. The concept is great but unfortunately the whole thing as a product I feel isn't worthy of the Mercedes Benz name. It's actually a little embarrassing for the brand.

TERRIBLE COMPANY AVOID !!
Ordered a bike and asked when it would be dispatched they said 2 weeks.
Three weeks later and nothing I've emailed on a daily basis and no reply I want my money back the reviews I've seen in trustpilot and the owners club on Facebook are shocking.
I'm honestly starting to think this is a scam company do not order a bike from them

Company sucks. They don't answer emails. Took forever to get my bike now they won't give me the information to open the codes. Not to mention I had emailed them to change my bike too a med and they sent a large.

Trying to just get a Fedex return Label ! Yikes.
My son ordered this bike and then decided to return it ( did not like the way it rode) . They agreed to a refund and sent him a box and Fedex shipping label. I personally dropped the box off in perfect condition to Fedex. Apex 2 weeks later the Bike showed back up to his place in two different boxes and slightly damaged. He emailed, Texted and called the company and eventually got a hold of Danny who said to ship the Bike Back again and he would forward a shipping label. # weeks of calls, text's and emails and no Shipping label. No Return calls, Text's and emails only way we are 48 to 72 Hours behind. Yesterday I finally got hold of an agent who would only tell me the staff is busy unloading a new container of bikes and someone will call you. Worst customer service I have seen in a long time.

I was really happy to buy this bike and thought i will get a high quality product.
It isn´t a high quality product.
It arrived with scratsches and small damages. Ok maybe the shipment company but the only thing they do is to send me paint and the worst thing a sticker. I should use a sticker to hide scratches on a offered 5500€ E-Bike!!?? I thougt this was kidding but this was the only offer they made. The next thing was a missing/wrong Part it tooks 2 Weeks to get the right part. Thy also send me the wrong Charger i´m from Germany. The Replacement Charger was a very Cheap chinese Modell with lower power. At this Point i was really pissed on and want to send it back. But no more respond on my Mails. This is not serious!! Don´t buy this bike. Yes it looks nice but it´s maybe a cheaper Chines Bike with nice Color and a terrible costumers suppot.

The customer service I received from Danny was outstanding! When I ordered the bike he let me know a realistic delivery time and kept me updated often. After receiving it and enjoying it for a while, I had a problem with the electronic switch. Danny didn’t hesitate and told me a new bike was on the way! Would highly recommend.

Company needs a transparent timeline. For example with Amazon you know when product will arrive.
I wonder if paying full amount up front is a mistake. Perhaps they expedite partial paid orders.

The service
I found the service Claire gave me amazing. Just ordered the bike 4 days ago, so are waiting for it to arrive. Hopefully within the 2 weeks as we were told. Other staff member (I spoke to 3) really didn't seem to know or be able to help us order the bike but Claire went above and beyond to help. I'll put more of a reviews when our bike arrives!

Also, das Bike ist extrem gut und sicher verpackt gewesen, der zusammenbau war leicht und einfach.
Es ist ein wunderschön gestyltes Rad, ein paar Maken waren das die Kabeleinführungen nicht abgedichtet sind und die so genannte Powertaste ohne funktion ist, aber sonst ist es geiles Rad das besonders zum Touren fahren geeignet ist, ich bin sehr zufrieden damit und es passt gut zu meinen 5 E- Bikes die ich noch habe

I did not receive my bike it was guaranteed to be delivered in two weeks an I was told it was delayed it has now been 2 months an still not received my bike so then I contacted customer support for a explanation an they couldn’t offer me an reimbursement or anything after paying for it so then Brook from customer support then behind my back refunded me the full amount after I stated clearly I still wanted the bike an no refund this is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with I highly recommend do not order anything from them

N+ Mecedes AMG F1 V13…
I’ve just got my N+ Mecedes AMG F1 V13 limited edition which is one of a kind design on frame, handle bar & paint job. It took a little while to received it but it’s worth the wait no regrets. The customer support is very knowlegeable to make sure the bike fits you well. After a couple of rides now I found it very aggressive, smooth to ride & built to last. I’m very happy with this bike & would highly recommend it❤️🚴♀️!

The n+ Mercedes Bike is fabulously designed. I love it, but what i love most is the service i got. I was visited by their technical staff to my home, and the tune up, overview of how the bike works just made me more appreciative of my purchase. I can’t wait for spring to arrive, so i can make use of my bike on the roads.

This is a good commuter bike with the exception of three things. No water bottle mount. Handlebar is such that attaching a light is possible but difficult. The seat stem diameter virtually eliminates the ability to add a seat bag or a stem rear light. The brakes are good. The shifting system is fantastic. The range is about 35 miles. The bike is pricey but the company stands behind the product and is responsive to all inquires.
