USELESS Customer Service
4 Weeks on N+ still can't even answer basic questions, when i ask to raise a formal complaint, then they are super quick to collect for return. Just looking at Trustpilot it is clear they are useless and they quickly delete negative Facebook and Instragram posts, so no one knows how bad they are.
FEEDBACK
1. The Silver Arrow Sport - instructions are poor and the video is not entirely
accurate.
CONCERNS
1. Bike came with an EU 2 PIN power block
2. Is this a UK spec and UK-legal bike
3. Time is taken to get support responses
4. Two charge ports (seat post and top frame), what is the top frame one for?
5. Seat post power light is permanently lit green, is that normal?
6. The pictures and video show carbon rear hangers, but the actual bike does
not.
7. My nearest service centre is Birmingham over 250 miles away.
A few more concerns to add to the list. [30/01/23]
8. The reflectors provided do not even fit the bike, they are a legal req;
9. Bike is EU setup, the brake levers on opposite sides are very confusing;
10. Green power button appears to have two settings, always green, then
recessed green when pressed
11. The setup required a bike technician 1.5hrs to tweak the brakes (travel was
excessive), the front wheel brake cylinder was touching, had to use another
Allen key to loosen, and reposition.
12. No instructions on how to remove the battery to charge, instead whilst on the
bike.
Latest issues to add to the list. [01/02/23]
13. So after a FULL charge the bike achieved barely 12 miles range (nowhere
near the 75 miles quoted for no doubt ideal scenarios), picture attached;
14. Error Code 26 has appeared, manual says it is low voltage, I still had two then
1 power bar left, does this mean a % of the battery is unusable
15. My second full charge has taken a total of 7 hrs, not the 3.5 hrs stated.
16. The carbon fibre sections are missing, see the website snips below)
17. Supposed UK service centre Birmingham has no clue they service bikes

The bike is ok. I bought the mudguards specifically because I presumed that they would be custom made for the Formula E Bike - one stay is way too long.
Support keeps wanting photos and said I should swap the front stay to the rear. Still has the same problem.
Now I am being ghosted by support in our string of email correspondence.

Coolest Bike I’ve Owned.
The bike is beautiful!! Assembly was easy enough and it is truly a trill to ride. I did have to take it to my local bike shop technician to iron out the rubbing/squealing front brake and pedals.

Given the price of the championship…
Given the price of the championship edition bike I became nervous after seeing many negative reviews so was pretty worried about any potential issues I might encounter.
I am happy to report I’ve had a very positive experience in all of my interactions with customer service. Over a 4 month span I faced two issues with the physical bicycle and reached out several times between simply asking additional questions. The reps who emailed me back were very responsive. The remedies provided from replacement to explanations and additional information regarding questions was great. These exchanges occurred thru 3 different reps. I was just easy. I love the bike and I’ve been really happy overall.
I can certainly understand potential delays with response time post-pandemic given staff shortages around the globe. I hope those with a negative experience are able to reach more positive resolution to issues as they enjoy their bike.

My best and favorite bike to date.
My n+ Bike is the best (and most expensive) Bike that I’ve ever owned. I have a Specialized (Road Bike), Trek and Cannondale (Gravel Bikes) and a Bianchi (Mountain Bike). It’s lightweight, well-built, and absolutely beautiful. The Company was very responsive to my needs and concerns, although I thought they could do a better job of explaining that crank, brakes, shifters are Not Included. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with purchasing this Bike.

Overall good bike
Dealt with a very responsive rep when making the initial purchase of a silver arrow sport. Bike arrived with a bent front wheel, but n+ did a good job expediting repair with the local service company. I'm in Canada. Getting fenders was a little slow and came with no instructions and the hardware loose in the box. Had to take the bike to a local shop for the install as it requires removal of the rear wheel and re-tensioning of the belt. Again, no manual or instructions so had to get pros to do it.
Happy with bike overall. Rides well, the Enviolo system with the belt drive is really nice. I would say that the electronic control of the motor could use some improvements (speed limiter is too abrupt, and torque sensor is too slow to engage the motor) but you get used to it.
I use this bike for my daily commute and frequently tow a Burlee stroller behind with my kid, and it really makes the ride easier given the hills I need to navigate.
Kind of wish I had waited to get the current model, but am happy regardless.

Subtle but powerful
The bike arrived more quickly than expected (in 2022). It is a high quality bike that's a pleasure to ride. Newer versions seem to include the integrated LCD screen which is the only thing that was missing from mine. Looks sleek and is relatively quiet.

Nach anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten durch Transportschäden am Fahrrad und sofortiger Reklamation, zog sich der Umtausch eher schleppend.
Kundendienst zeigt sich aber durchaus kooperativ.
Qualität des Fahrrades eher durchschnittlich, im Alltag trotzdem gut zu fahren.
Designtechnisch ein absoluter Hingucker.

I received my e-bike, but directly after assembly found two technical problems concerning front disc brake and speed indicator (Goes up and down) / no continuous e-support. Directly mailed Sales. No response.
Thereafter mailed Support. No response.
Now I turned to the Warranty section. Hopefully I now Will response, moreover a solution to my problems. I very much like to Exchange the bike with a new one, so I can truly enjoy my Formula E merc bike

No response from customer service or order department
I have put in an order for 2 formula teams bikes and one is on order by my company. In EU, you shall not invoice VAT and have requested correction. No response.
I have order the 2021 Citybike and have requested to order an extra battery and asked if the new accessory battery fits, 10ah. No response.
We have asked when the cycles can be expected to arrive. No response.
Without answers, our trust has totally disappeared and the orders will be cancelled after this week if no reply has come. I don't understand how Mercedes can be connected to this?

Terrible company no customer service
##update - stil no response from nplus, now with my card company to resolve. And all of a sudden positive reviews appear on this site from during the pandemic and for bikes that have not been available for 12 months???? ## Terrible company no customer service. Purchased a formula e team bike, came after 3 days. Assembled the bike took for a test ride and made a horrible noise over every bump in the road. All the cables running inside the frame rattling. Would not expect this from a £500 bike. Emailed and Facebook messaged customer services, got fobbed off with how busy they are. Have been in contact with splitit who did the 0% finance offer. Will be sending bike back. Really poor stay away. Also not sure where all the positive reviews on their website come from as there is no option to leave a review.

N+bikes state on their web site…
N+bikes state on their web site servicing in Australia is done by Will Ride E-Bike Specialists. This is totally untrue , they have no connection to them at all. False Advertising by N+Bikes. Terrible service, in fact no service at all.
Since this review, I did receive communication from N+ stating they will amend their web site, and provided more information I required (although not entirely satisfactory at least they are communicating) I will remove this review once they carry out the amendment. Oh the power of social media :)
