Worst customer service ever had to go through
I have ordered and paid them fully since last year and Danny from customer service do not even reply. This is one of worst and horrible service I have ever experienced. I thinking of a charge back now. Don’t buy from this company.

It took them a month to ship out my order, and then for 1 month the order was stuck with Fedex on hold due to payment failures/legal issues on N+'s end.
After a certain point they simply started to ignore my emails and my emails went unresponded for more than 5 business days. Calling them was useless since they would say the same thing over and over again with absolutely 0 progress.
I finally had to issue a chargeback since they ignored my emails to cancel the order and it was impossible to get in touch with customer support.
You know what the funniest part of it is? The order is still stuck with Fedex per the tracking number they sent me and it's been a month since I got my money back via chargeback
Edit: No option to reply to them, but conveniently ignoring the fact that they ignored my emails requesting for a refund for a week, and made themselves unavailable over the phone as well. Jeez this company is so so scammy

After one false start with N+ (I got my money back after repeated delays in shipping) I jumped back in six months later and bought an Arrows Sport.
Bike arrived promptly and in good condition. However it has been impossible to get any support -- the bike comes with no assembly instructions and no owner's manual and "support" refuses to reply to repeated questions. This company seems to have very poor management and serious problems living up to its advertising.
I regret giving them a second chance; more fool me.
UPDATE: N+ claims that all product information (for the consumer) is available on the website via several files or videos. In my experience the videos are wrong on MANY details of the bike I received. The fact that there’s a video isn’t much help if the video contains incorrect or incomplete information.
As well, the video which claims to explain the workings of the handlebar display does not open. When I click on the link the website just reverts to a former page instead of going to the video file. I’ve tried this on two different computers, running both Mac and Windows. The file for handlebar display DOES NOT WORK.
UPDATE: Got an email from N+: About the manual for the digital display they say: "We are currently in progress of creating the digital display." So, although there are links on the marketing website, the manual for the digital display doesn't actually exist yet.
Also, when I asked about fitting wider tires to my $5000 bike N+ replied: "we recommend that you don't use a bigger tire as if you indeed go up in tire size you will be voiding your warranty as you have surpassed what we have deemed the bike to be safe." Huh? The bike comes with (fairly narrow) 35mm tires. The frame will easily fit at least a 38mm tire and probably wider. But, according to N+, that could be "unsafe" and "void the warranty".
With all due respect, I'm starting to understand that the warranty from N+ is probably worthless.
“Support” did reply to ONE question i.e. about charging and power switches. However the information sent about the power switch (supposedly on the seat post under the saddle) isn’t correct on the bike I received. On my bike that switch doesn’t seem to do ANYTHING — it doesn’t illuminate and certainly does NOT control power to the handlebar display. The bike works the same with that switch on or off.
These problems could very well all be minor things -- I don't know. But the FACT that both N+ Sales and N+ Support have now ghosted me makes it difficult/impossible to resolve these issues.

Delay with refund
We purchased an xs bike as my wife is very short when it arrived it was clearly too large with a 56 seat post and no form of adjustment. We contacted them and after admitting their bikes were large. They agreed we could return the bike and would give us a refund.
Update despite providing all of the information and being promised the refund we are still waiting!
Having phoned on a number of occasions still no refund we have referred to visa , This company are crooks avoid at all costs we are also speaking with Mercedes as can’t believe they put their name to this company
Eventually after we passed the matter to visa as a chargeback we have received a refund , it appears this is the only way to get this company to pay money back

The worst experience I've ever experienced. They've been telling me my bike was on it's way for three months. Crazy thing is I canceled my order two months ago and got a refund through American Express but they still keep sending me BS excuses that my bike is still on the way.

Brooke, a shining star
My shining star, Brooke saved the day for me with exceptional customer service over weeks, tenacity in making sure I was taken care of and my bike was back to tip top shape (as expected from Mercedes) as it was damaged during shipping. Kudos to Brooke!! I love my Champion edition bike and its performance is AMG level.

A great experience
I’m not sure what site I visited before purchasing my Mercedes Silver Arrow but the reviews I read were predominantly positive so I’m surprised at the reviews I’ve read here.
I hope my experience is not unique as it’s been 100% plain sailing. Ordered the bike early March 2023, after checking with sale’s regarding size as I’m 5’ 8”. I was asked for inside leg measurements and was advised Small was the size for me. Two weeks later bike arrived, very simple to put together as I had already watched the instruction video. I must admit my initial ride was odd as I was expecting a ‘boost’ so I emailed the support team who explained how the power worked. Wow, I love the bike, as an ex cyclist I found the ride great, the more I worked the smoother I travelled. I contacted support 3 or 4 times on various queries and in particular to understand how the 2 batteries worked and how best to charge as the socket underneath the saddle was difficult to get to. I now just use the one under the crossbar. I always received a prompt and clear response from Ola. I live in South Australia so my review is of the Australian service. I do hope that my experience continues to be positive and the bike does not fail me as it has with other users 🙏

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. The Silver Arrows ebike I purchased back in May 2022, worked for about 3-4 months began to malfunction...it's been with the mechanic for 4 months now, even he's frustrated with the company. He wants me to pick up the bike without fixing it.
PS: I now have the bike in my possession for over a week, have tried to contact the company about shipping the bike back but won't respond to requests for a shipping label.

On 20230417, for the 3rd time, I requested to cancel my order, the team answers me that they will do it, and start the refund process, but no response since then after a full 5-day business day, just after the response, send a feedback email, maybe they thought after the response I will give them 5 stars.

BEWARE
BEWARE! I'm really fearful I've been scammed by this company. I spent $5500 and received a bike that was dead on arrival - even the power cord was for another country. They admitted it was faulty and offered to swap it for a new bike. They then contacted me and claim that I scratched and dented the bike - which is impossible because i never even got to ride it. They are now saying I have to pay $1400 before they will send me another bike. I don't think this is legal. Just to add salt to the wound I purchased this bike as a birthday present to myself. They mucked me around so much with delivery that I lost 3 days pay. I hope I am wrong about this company but so far it's been one nightmare after another. My bank is going to try to get my money back.

Ich hatte mir im Oktober 22 das Mercedes-Bike bestellt. Es sollte noch im Oktober geliefert werden. Es kam erst Ende Dezember. Die Bremsen funktionierten nicht, der Akku schaffte keine 10 km bei mäßiger Belastung. Letzte Woche wurde es endlich abgeholt. Mein Geld habe ich noch nicht. - Grottenschlecht!!!!
Heute haben wir den 24.04.2023 und mein Geld ist immer noch nicht da.

NPLUS must be in financial trouble. Don't order.
I ordered 2 Sport Plus bikes on their "immediate delivery" advertisement on Feb of 2023. It is now middle of April and the company is completely ghosting me. They tell you that here are the Fedex ship labels but of course after contacting Fedex they said the labels may have been printed but no call for pick up on those labels were ever made. This is the start of the lies from this company. I think they must be having huge issues and I would not recommend sending them any money. My $7500.00 has been out there going on 3 months. I think they must be going into financial trouble. Beware. Do not send them money in advance of seeing your bike.

Ultimately an OK experience after hiccups
Easy to purchase online and the ability to pay by instalments at no extra cost is appreciated, especially given the cost of the bikes. However, the promised delivery time was wildly optimistic and, like others, left me wondering if I'd been ever get my bike. However, it did finally arrive although I had to follow up with the company. The amount of effort to put together the bike after delivery is a bit rich, though, again given the high price of the product.
After-sales service has been adequate after an EU plug was sent to me with a replacement AU lead quickly dispatched after I reported this.

I ordered a bike (order 8711) with full payment from January. No clearence for delivery untill now. Respond very slow. Last email I replied directly in few minutes, but no response again. I ask for phone number to talk directly, left unanswered. I only want my money back!
UPDATE: After one month from initial review and some replies, still no progress. I dont expect to get my bike anymore. It has been too long. Please send back my money. With good intention, sending back my money should be simple and fast.

Das Bike sieht augenscheinlich sehr gut aus. Aber die Elektonik/Batterie/Display waren dem aktuellen Stand nicht gewachsen!
Kontakt mit N+Bikes war sehr schlecht, weil Antworten bis zu 6 Tagen dauerten!!!
Bike wieder zurück gesendet - von Rücksendeantrag bis Rücksendung von meinem Geld, dauerte es 9 Wochen!
2 Sterne nur, weil ich mein Geld zurück bekommen habe. Ansonsten bin ich sehr entäucht von N+

DO NOT BUY THIS BIKE !! The n+ is a really crappy bike - very poor "ride" experience, it is uncomfortable to ride, the display doesn't work very well, the tires are super cheap, the seat is uncomfortable. THE PRICE IS OUTRAGEOUS for the bike you get. These guys sent me two bikes when I ordered one and it took two months of me badgering them to get them to send me the paperwork so I could return it. Buy another reputable brand - you'll be way happier.

Took my money and did nothing
Ordered over 2 weeks ago and have heard nothing from the company.
Emailed support for an updated on the order and no replay.
Rang support and the representative said they couldn't help and that I would be contacted. I haven't.
UPDATE:
Got an email after leaving this and another review on FB. Apparently my bike failed a QC test before shipping and N+ are organizing a bike to be shipped form German or "another arrangement".

I have repeatedly tried to contact N-Plusbikes as they have not refunded me as promised, nor have they responded to my last two emails. My patience has run out, and I will take further action.
A brief overview of my experience with buying a bike from them:
On January 24th, I ordered a Silver Arrow bike as I had read that N-Plusbikes had a service partner in Denmark. Shortly after ordering, I became aware that this was not true, and that repairs could not be made in Denmark. The fact that they advertise a service that does not exist is deeply problematic and unfortunately speaks to the very poor service they provide!
On February 5th, a colleague named Brooke promised me a refund on the bike as it was further reduced in price just days after I purchased it.
On February 8th, another colleague named Claire mistakenly replied to a completely different customer.
On February 22nd, Elisabeth wrote to me stating that they would not refund the difference after all.
On February 25th, I replied to support stating that it is beyond criticism and disrespectful to their customers that they provide such poor service and price-adjust from -25% to -40% on an already reduced item.
In March, yet another colleague named Callum stated that they would refund the difference within 14 days. It is now February 27th, and I have not received my money back. I have also not received a response to my emails on March 16th and March 22nd, where I requested my refund.
It is deeply unprofessional, and I will do my best to warn other customers against doing business with N-Plusbikes in the future!
