“Stars” don’t really tell the story. Let me first say I had a great experience with customer service once Claire took my case. She was highly responsive, professional, courteous and worked very hard to resolve my problem. (Thanks Claire!). Having said that….so it seems n+ was contracted by MB to make these e-bikes. They are an odd blend of the good, bad and the ugly. For example: amazing high torque motors coupled with Walmart grips and pedals. They are also not completely forthcoming in their pre-sales literature. I had the “Championship” edition with the carbon belt drive. They do not tell you pre-sale that removing the rear wheel (e.g. to fix a flat) is not “safe” for the consumer and must be done by an authorized shop. The nearest to me is >200 miles away and moreover what would one do in the middle of a ride in the boonies? Flats are not a question of if but when! Furthermore a *hammer* is required for the removal! I won’t go on, but I was (like many) infatuated by the MB name and it indeed is a pretty e-bike. I have now learned to do better due diligence and frankly wouldn’t buy an e-bike from online sites (vs a reputable local shop) again given the relative complexity of these machines.

I have ordered a bike, in January, I have received it, I put it together, but neither one of the two motor works, i contacted them, after sending pictures of the connection and bike to make sure that assemble correctly and having the serial number they offered a replacement or a refund so far there was ONE VERY DOWN POINT "THEY NEEDED ONE WEEK TO RESPOND TO EACH EMAIL"
they refused to drop it in one of the sales garage that on their website and insisted to be assembled and delivered to a courier which is never happened until this moment, more than months now, I am stuck with a bike that doesn't work and with worst customer service I ever dealed with. They didn't refund me, they didn't replaced and yet didn't pick it neither

n+ had been horrific to deal with due to the supply of a faulty championship edition bike and subsequent total lack of customer service, until Alex got involved. He got on top of the problem very quickly and arranged a replacement bike without much delay. He also arranged the assembly of my bike at no charge. Can't say enough about Alex's help, without which I would never recommend doing business with n+ bikes due to my experience with the previous service manager who went missing for weeks at a time.

I purchased my e-bike in November 2022. It has been faulty since day one. Replacement battery eventually provided under warranty - no improvement. Power switch would not turn off. Bike returned to N+. Request for refund as faulty and not fit for purpose. No acknowledgement of emails, no return phone calls promised. I want the refund I’m entitled to under Australian consumer law. The complete absence of customer service and lack of basic service is appalling for a company selling expensive e-bikes. I’m looking at lodging a referral to ACCC unless I get a refund promptly.

I bought my n+ plus Mercedes electric bike a year ago, and the n+ plus team has been wonderful in helping me to enjoy my bike and riding experience. The bike was tuned up in the spring by them with no charge, and when i started riding, and i came upon an issue with the assistive feature of the bike because my dashboard flashed code 27. I must say contacting the team, telling them about the issue resulted in the team coming up with a solution that did involve a visit, and helped me to get back to riding the bike again.

I got this bike mid February 2023 from an authorized dealer at a very affordable price. 12 months to pay at no interest. Bike is quite heavy, as it is a commuter but lighter than other e-bikes. I already have logged more than 300 miles since. I love it. It gives me the freedom to go where I could not go before due to an injury. The battery can last 15-17 miles continuous uphill at 3,600 ft before the indicator suddenly drops from 3 to 1 bar. But for rolling rides, battery can last 25-35 miles. But for almost flat route, it lasted for 55 miles with 1 bar left but battery was on standby most of the time except when it was necessary. Btw, I am only 154 lbs. I already changed the brake pads at 300 miles, maybe because I always go uphill, and going down hill requires lots of braking. I love the bike representative too who is very responsive. She is in Australia, and I am in the USA, and we communicate through email only. She sends me a technician to my home to fix my bike for free. The only issue that has not been resolved is how to change the passcode to mine. Looking forward to getting an answer.

Crooks who sell cheap bikes with Mercedes sticker on it.

The EQ-bike arrived
The EQ-bike arrived, sent May 3rd, paid February 12th, but it is finally here.
Missed a part and no manual, but it is not difficult to mount.
I added 4 stars when I first saw it, but giving all the hassle I have had I ended up with 3 stars.
It took n+Bikes 10 weeks to effectuate the order after 10 weeks of no contact.
So after all the trouble I had totally in all am I satisfied, if it will work properly!
Then if you want a bike like this, then I can say it is not a fraud, which I feard for 10 weeks, but it may be some struggle after the order is placed.

Faulty bike, no repairs or return, complete ignorance from N+Bike
The bike was delivered about 2 months ago, have ridden it about 10 times max. Ongoing problems with breaks/ oil leak/ motor noise. The bike is continuously either waiting to be repaired or in repairs or I am waiting for N+Bike to respond to my requests for repairs which takes weeks. Last time taken the bike to the designated bike workshop 15 May, after 10 days they confirmed that they have not received parts/ response from N+Bike and the bike is not getting fix. The bike is clearly faulty and unsafe to ride. Requested return twice. Complete ignorance from N+Bike - no response to requests, emails, no communication. Will be logging dispute with ACCC and NSW Fair Trading.

Not sure, if I ever had a terrible experience with a company in my 53 years of life..
I can’t rate them -1000000 so I am going for one star
So here is my experience
I bought a bike from nPlus and I cancelled it due to medical reasons within the 4 week period as per their website
It was confirmed to me that the cancellation will be processed and then I was asked to provide feedback on the girl who handled my cancellation
After few days, bike still got delivered along with few other deliveries I was expecting during the building work at home
I requested the company to arrange collection
No response
Called them several times .. no collection still
I emailed again and again to the sales guys
And one kind soul Alex replied, and after 2 weeks of emailing with the Angel, my bike was collected on 27th April by their courier company
I emailed Alex again saying that bike has been collected, please confirm receipt in your distribution centre
In the meantime I received a customs bill for CHF294..
So bike is still not there… no refund.. however Alex is still responding
As Company .. it’s a terrible company to buy anything from them
DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM

I bought an Ebike from the company in February.
When it arrived I charged it up and then had to go away for a few weeks. Upon my return the battery was empty although it had not been used (my other ebike does not have this issue)
I noticed the on off button did nothing and remained lit wether depressed or not. I was informed that this was normal and to "show the bike had charge", in fact it just stays on and drains the battery. Although I got the top of the range dual battery model which claims a 75 mile range I had to re-charge it 6 times over 80Kms of use.
The rear brake light doesnt work and finally the gearbox stopped functioning properly and the pedals just started spinning without any movement of the bike, I hurt my leg when it first happened.
The grandly named concierge service is non existant, I think its basically a call centre in Asia with a couple of anglo-saxon names used as contacts, based on the poor English.
I have spent hours emailing them to try and reslove the issues with slow or no response or repeatedly asking me the same questions about how I charge it. I have requested a refund a number of times which finally they have agreed to, however although they have repeatedly promised to collect the bike they refuse to give me a date and just say "soon" in the meantime they are still collecting payments from me via thier finance company "spliit".
I have threatened legal action but this has had no effect either. I have wasted a lot of time on this and wasted money on having it assembled and hurt my leg because of the gearbox malfunction.
I travel a lot for my work and the bike is currently taking up space at a friends house as they promised to collect it about 3 weeks ago while I was away but once again failed in their promise. The bike is poor quality and the service non existant.
I would not reccomend them at all, not even to an enemy.

Exceptional service and Outstanding bike
I am keen triathlete and cycle regularly, I was looking for an E-bike for my wife so she could join me on some of my rides.
I purchased the Championship Edition bike for my wife.
Yes there were some delays but I was kept informed and updated regarding my order.
Having taking delivery of the bike I can honestly say it’s head and shoulders above it’s rivals in build quality, standard equipment and appearance.
There are a few minor issues like bottle holder, torque arm attachment and potentially servicing.
I have been assured servicing and warranty issues will be addressed if required, I have no reason to doubt this.
Having compared countless other E-bikes I feel N+ bikes are way out in front as an all around E-bike.
My personal experience of customer service has been exceptional.

Want the special edition. On the website says 14 days for delivery.
After 5 weeks I contacted them asking about delivery. They ask me to put my payment details again .Another few weeks waiting .
Now they cancel my order because they sold out the special edition and offered me 2021 silver edition wchich I don't want.

I've had my E bike for 3 month now
I've had my E bike for 3 month now, did 280Km, did 73Km at power 1 and 2 on 3rd and 4fourt gear on 1 full charge, order a spare battery, i put a seat on it and carry it for long ride, easy to change when battery is spend at 20-25KMH i can do 125kM, I had some difficulty getting the second battery deliver but with patience and dialogue it got resolve, specialy with the help from, Brooke and Tracy Hay from the California office. contrary to some am very happy with my Ebike

Ordered and paid for ebike in September 2022. By January 2023 no sign of package. Excuses continued - 'sent back for QA checks', 'expect delivery shortly' bla bla. In February 2023 they delivered a damaged bike that was also the wrong model. I had to involve the credit card company to obtain a refund. I had bike technician witness the unboxing and took video and photographs. The returns process was painful with the courier failing to show up several times to collect. The bikes are made in Taiwan and are not representative of the Mercedes brand. Would rate them a zero if I could. Shocking

So i did a purchase from Nplus and this is my honest review so far.
Everyone needs to understand this is a small batch product and ordering and getting it may take some time ( like all small batch products)
THIS IS THE ONLY BIKE ASSOCIATED WITH F1 AND THE MERC-PETRONAS TEAM! let that sink in.
Its by far the best looking electric bike in the world like it turns more heads than anything its crazy how many people ask me about it in the street like people take pictures when its parked in the beach. Its that good looking …
So have patience! Its worth it trust me
1) Brooke always answered my emails right away (1-2 days max) just send an email to support and ask for Brooke and magic happens.
2) it took a while around 2 month BUT only because FEDEX managed to lose my bike on the way or it got stuck in customs or whatever. Guys keep in mind its an electric bike ! Not all shipping companies carry these and so far in north America fedex is the only one and its not doing a really good job.
3)the bike came and fedex(again!) managed to damage the front fork and wheel while handling it and Brooke being AWSOME made sure i got all the parts ASAP and i mean all of them.
4) they reimbursed all the costs to change them as well although it took a few days but they did it.
5) Brooke sends me emails every once in a while to make sure everything is alright.
6) the battery didn't seem to charge very well due to 110v-220v and they sent me a new battery and charger immediately.
Again i have to emphasize that this is a small batch product and there may be problems like all other small batch products but to my experience Brooke helped me get through them with no problem.
You need to understand thats what makes it so unique thats what makes it different from thousands of Giants and cannondale bikes riding around.
Its a sign of support for our team.
