Excellent trusted company although I had to send bike back as it was too big for me the staff was very helpful and I was refunded fast they was also very helpful when I had issues with the bike and paid for it to be fixed at bike store locally I was very concerned about the company after reading all the bed reviews and thought I was gonna have problems but I can assure you this company isn't a scam just have patience when getting replies as they can be busy but they do get back to you and will help you thanks nplus bikes for a pleasant experience
MERCEDES BENZ BIKE SCAM
Paid deposit which was deducted more than initially requested , nevertheless we trusted the brand . Finally we were asked to pay shipping fees which was more than flying to Ironman in Europe with existing bike . After questioning this no response for months ?
Shipping fees for a bike surely cant be $2000 plus ??? Could not get sorted or any response ?
Happy owner of a Silver Arrow 03
I am the happy owner of a Silver Arrows 03 and it is a wonderful bike, fast and responsive. I particularly like the fact that the belt drive and gear change is so smooth and silent.
Living in Los Angeles, the after sales service has been excellent. Upon delivery, delayed by Covid, they stayed in touch with me to advise of pending delivery date. Then a problem with the front brake caliper was resolved by a technician who came to my house and replaced the defective part. Recently I had a battery issue which was resolved within 24hours since i was able to bring my bike to their shop in Long Beach where all repairs were made under warranty. The N+ team has been extremely helpful and friendly every time. Happy to recommend this company and product.

Deposit paid and now NO response.
We ordered a bike and paid the deposit. after months of back and forth emails, we finally received the balance invoice with loads of hidden costs. We send numerous mails trying to get answers, but no response still after 3 months.
2023 team Really Turned it Around
We Love Nplus bikes now! this was not always the case. we are a hard ass. a perfectionist. when we first bought their top tier silver arrows sport bike at the end of 2022 we dealt with multi week turnarounds on support on time with over a week before we heard back. it was egregious. they were releasing a double motor bike at the time and as a small team they were utterly swamped.
time has showed us this is not the norm. we’ve had 2 experiences since mid 2023 and it is like speaking with an utterly different company. customer service replies same day (which is saying something since they are based in australia and we are in california). we had an issue with our break pads, they sent our new pads the same day, scheduled a local technician to install them, paid for the install, and called us! to follow up and make sure everything went smoothly. the local tech they contacted is great. they have a sense of who to contact even around the world and choose good people. we feel we are in great hands the way we should be when we invest in a top tier bike. and the staff are actually delightful. we sidetracked and talked about what we were baking on the call and he went there with us enthusiastically. we had another call w them months later for a different concern. and the process was equally excellent, efficient and filled with care. this team is excellent. they really turned it around.

I got delivered a bike of very bad quality. It started smoking and firing and was completely broken after 1 month of use. This is quite dangerous as well. When it arrived it already looked as a second hand used bike.
After contacting the customer service they told me to contact the Dutch firm that is stated as their service center on their website. After calling them, they told me they don’t repair Nplus bikes anymore because of their lack of payment.
After i contacted the customer service again, they told me that i could exchange the bike and that i had to buy my own box to put the bike in. after I bought these and got everything ready for shipping, the company ghosted me.
It’s a complete scam. Stay away from this company.

I do not know if someone reads this, but I've been trying to have some help for a couple months now, but nobody answers even though I sent pictures, serial number of the motor etc. I am asking you again, can you send me an electrical diagram as well as a list of parts, so I can get things moving on my side since there is no service available whatsoever in the province of Quebec, Canada. Alex answered me once, but I never had answers to my request.

Shocking Service
I bought an E-bike from n+ in Sept 2022. The bike took over 4 months to be delivered and when it came there were parts missing and no uk adapter for charging. I eventually got the correct lead and parts but I am still awaiting the completion of my order. I have E-mailed the sales and customer service teams several times but no response. This bike cost me in excess of £5000 and they reduced the price by 50% right after I got delivery. Terrible customer service and the order has still to be completed. I have had the bike since January and still not able to use it so have requested a full refund but no response from n+ bikes.

Still no response after three emails over a year…
Still no response after three emails requesting update on my order invoice 3949. I already paid the 10% down for these items. It is poor business practice to take money from consumers and not provide the accountability and service. I am very disappointed in N+ebikes and Mercedes Benz. Very poor customer service.
Impossible to reach and no respect to customers
After seeing many reviews about their experience with N+ Bikes, I didn't feel comfortable anymore on proceeding with the purchase and have required for a full refund of my deposit as offered in their commercial policy.
It has been close to 4 months now and they dont reply my emails, the phone number for orders never has someone picking up and when calling sales, even though the person seems helpful and mentions that will follow up with urgency with finance, nothing happens. I can say to be shocked by Mercedes-Benz having their brand associate with a company that seems to be somewhere suspicous and untrustworthy by the review of many. Hoping to not have to go legal on such matter.

frustrating experience
We've had nothing but problems with this bike. Bought it June of 2022. The pedal assist stopped working almost immediately, and we had to wait for our authorized repair guy in Canada to contact them and have parts sent from Australia. Finally got it working April of 2023. We were told we'd be reimbursed for our expenses. We've submitted the information several times, for reimbursement by e-transfer, and have heard nothing back. After it was finally fixed, I was only able to ride it back and forth to work 4 times before the pedal assist stopped working. I wish I had checked this website before I bought this bike, it's amazing when it works, but it took almost a year to get it working. Would not recommend.

Thankfully to excellent customer service and Elizabeth everything come perfect! There ware parts damaged during shipping, it’s not n+Bikes fault but FedEx, without any questions Elizabeth made new shipment and I got new parts!
Support was wonderful, it shouldn't be needed!
If it wasn't for the support given by Brook and Alex , I would have returned the bike.
Out of the box it was obvious that it was incorrectly assembled. The cables had to be detached and the stem tightened. Ok, that was a bad day at the factory. I took the brake off and reattached.
Then the display wouldn't read battery level correctly. After a replacement of the controller and pedal sensor , I hope it is rectified. Not great for a bike with less than 60 km's.
Please also be aware that the entry level model ( urban rider ) doesn't have a way of changing pedal assist. In other words , as soon as the pedal is pushed it accelerates to about 6 Km/h. Not great for a novice. I have ridden roadies for 20 years and nearly rammed into a wall whilst attempting a UTurn. My wife doesn't switch on power until she is moving, which makes hill starts nigh impossible.
The support crew in Western Australia are great. The bike looks amazing, the belt drive etc should be wonderful. What a shame that I appear to have a Friday afternoon build.
I don't know what the more expensive models are like. I won't be in a hurry to find out.
Shame as the bike was being checked out by a dozen people in our group for possible purchases.
BTW this would be a 2 star if not for Brook...

TARNISHING THE MERCEDES BRAND
I am not sure I really need to write this review. I have had a very similar experience to others who have posted. My e-bike stopped working (no power!) after less than 10 rides. I have been contacting the very useless customer service for the last 5 weeks. The bike has been packed and ready for collection, and so far nobody has come to collect it despite endless emails. I have contacted my Credit Card company and have initiated a goods and services dispute. Do not be fooled as I was, by the Mercedes Benz branding, and the smart appearance of these bikes. They are capitalising on the MB brand, when the reality is that these bikes are Taiwanese built, and are far removed from the quality and precision of German engineering. My advice to you is very simple, 'DO NOT BUY FULL STOP'.......

Better to avoid!
Horrible. First off assembly of bike is not intuitive at all. Once assembled not able to ride since brake pad and drums have contact without brake being applied. Tried every way to adjust the brake pads no luck. Contact customer service, first not really responsive, then they just send me a new brake system and ask me to assemble it? How?
After many more emails they say they will reimburse pocket money to get the brakes changed somewhere? I've been asking for a return and refund since I do not want a broken product which I have ridde maybe 3 km and it have been faulty since day one.

This company is a scam
Rewriting this review as I originally created it using my private email and TrustPilot couldnt confirm that I had interactions with this company so I am reposting this using my work email that I can prove interactions from. Absolutely shocking experience from start to end. We originally enquired about a bike back in February, it took a few weeks to get a deposit paid and the bike "ordered". We were told there was one available, so we made the necessary arrangements with our shipping partner to collect and ship for us, saving the time n+ would need to arrange anything. Paperwork was provided to Claire from n+ USA to complete before shipping could take place, however to this day no paperwork was ever completed and the lack of response was shocking. We then requested a refund as we clearly were getting no where, 5 weeks later STILL WAITING FOR CLAIRE. No one is confirming our refund, our money has essentially been stolen. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.
