They advertise a product which looks amazing and then send something so cheap and nasty without even a label on it. You have to pay your own return to Asia but they try and offer you 15-30% refund and you keep the product which is worth nothing more than seeing the inside of a garbage bin.

Bad service bad quality, make difficult for return and refund . Its SCAM . The items don’t have any tag any name on . DONT BUY ANY FROM THEM . Need more than 3 days to discuss about return refund cause their fault, I ordered size M , they sent me size 3XL. SCAM , should report to avoid losing everyone money

Same experience as others. I have received the item today, and it does not meet my expectations. The quality is very low, and it does not match the description on the website. I have been in contact with the seller for a refund as they promote a satisfaction guarantee refund policy. They have made every effort to deter me from getting a refund including having to post the item to China. I have no confidence that on returning the item they will in fact process a refund. TrustPilot reviews in the last month all state a similar experience with this seller. However the seller shows fake TrustPilot reviews on their website.

If I could give less I would. I ordered a nice looking coat and received another coat instead. Novigoods fault. I emailed them. They tried to make me keep the item and they will refund me 15% and the emails went back and forth. I explained them I didn't want the item but they still tried so many times to convince me to keep it. And in every email they tried to make me feel bad what I'm doing to the environment if I send it back to them. Even they have sent me the wrong item I have to pay the postage which was $48. And they won't pay me the postage. What a poor service. I'm so disappointed. Will never shop there again!! Don't do the mistake and order anything from them. You'll be just as disappointed.

Horrendous quality of product and they will make returns as difficult as possible knowing full well their product is crap. They state a 14-day money back guarantee should you not be satisfied, but do everything but honour this.

Their products are horrendous, the return policy and procedures are painful. They offer only 15% refund BUT you get to keep the incredibly poor quality Clothes.
I don't think I could even give them to a homeless shelter, the quality is really that bad. DO NOT BUY

UPDATE: EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have sent back for the refund, I have asked for the refund for over 6 weeks, and they REFUSE to give me one.

Do not buy from this company the jacket sizing and cut is nothing like the photo. Such poor thin fabric not even 100% wool. Cheap and nasty and they say they guarantee their product and stand behind the quality. Rubbish still fighting to get a refund they say it’s a Sydney Store but you have to send the return back to China. Scammers with fake reviews

The clothing is of very poor quality, similar to what you might find at a low-end market.

This website has to be the biggest scam of them all, I got my delivery and the jackets were so small even though I ordered ( xxl ), the quality was so poorly made and just everything about it was disappointing. I tried to get a refund, but went through so many hoops just so I can get the address to return the items. I then had to pay 60 dollars to send two jackets back to China via Australia Post. Waiting on my refund now and never ever shopping through these fake websites again.

The Hannah prestige wool coat is such a disappointment. I expected pockets. It doesn't say they have them but it's implied in the photos. I had plain black buttons not the silver ones shown. The cut is bulky and unflattering and nit as warm as described.Thankfully it wasn't full price as even at half price it's a rip off. I need it this weekend so I guess I'm stuck with it.

Listing of a jacket said 100% wool, however, it is 95% polyester and was listed for 100 dollars.
No lining despite the picture. Buttons were cheap plastic, not at all like the metal in the picture.
Cheap looking and appears that they have sourced the jacket through dropshipping.
Also do NOT trust the reviews on the actual website as they are not real people.

Very disappointed I just received my Hannah Prestige Wool Coat, has no lining like advertised, material is cheap & not worth the money, very disappointing as they had good reviews, have emailed them… do not buy this jacket if you want cheap thin material…

Not impressed. Bought the prestige wool coat which was poor quality and different to what the picture showed on their website. It's not wool and poorly made.
This would've cost 20 in Temu or Shein not 89.

Absolutely pathetic company!

Items purchase are putrid quality that are unfit for clothing purposes. Sizing is not even remotely close, either is the accuracy of the item description that is displayed.
It's typical hypercheap south East Asia sweatshop garments that you wouldn't even buy over there.

They try to play hard ball on return / refund but obviously are not well versed with consumer refund rights.

STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS SCAM SITE

My partner bought me a Corduroy jacket because it looked good and was " half price", recieved it and looks very different to the photos, the quality is complete rubbish and has a unhygienic smell to it. Disgusted, hope other people see these reviews before buying it, there are also other sites selling the same jacket so be careful

Products received are absolute rubbish quality. Nothing like the description or images. Do not waste your money! You’ll get better quality from SHEIN and Temu! Offered a 15% refund and keep the crap products instead of just providing the return address as requested for a full refund!!! 😡😡

It looks like a scam.
You get it through paid advertising, but you can't find anything on instagram.
You can't see where are they from, or who they are and they have FAKE trustpilot reviews on their website.

Uses fake reviews on its website, do not trust. Says it has over 1000 reviews on trustpilot but clearly not
