They advertise quality clothes, but deliver substandard, unwearable clothes. The material is terrible. Copy cats, making money!
No one replies to emails, once the money is taken out of the account.
Don't be expecting any communication.
Disgraceful!

Total scam! Thought I would be getting orthopaedic leather shoes, instead the soles are hard, flat plastic and the 'leather' is some unidentifiable fabric that has a very nasty smell that reminds me of a pig farm. After reading these reviews I won't bother trying to return, they can go in the trash.

This is a scam, I bought expensive orthopaedic shoes that came frayed made with super thin and cheap material. Kmart does better quality for an insane price difference. The number listed is uncontactable and the delivery is from Yawan.

Possibly the worst company I have bought from. Their customer service is non-existent and the phone number they list on their site doesn't work, it comes up as suspected spam. I have written to them three times and haven't had a response. DON'T BUY FROM THIS MOB.

SCAM SITE!!!!!!Ordered high West overall and received a package a month later. First, the colour was wrong, second, the quality of the fabric is questionable, and there is no return slip. Overpriced, rip off purchase. Not able to return. Would like to ask other customers if anyone has managed to get their money back. Will never buy anything from this site. 😒 Hope you burn in heal scammers!

Product was low quality and not as described.
Contact information is a lie. They do not respond to the email and the phone number is not connected.

Can't complain about their customer service, as there is NONE. After several emails in regards to returning a product have not had any reply. So they are happy to take your money but don't want to know you if you have a problem. Do yourself a favour and avoid this company as it won't end well and they don't care.

This company is a scam. They sent the products which did not match what was shown. The Toby Winter Sweater appeared as twisted wool pile with leather elbow patches; the sweater I received was small and the twisted pile and patches were only a print from a photograph.
I have sent emails to the operators but have received no replies. I agree with other reviews in that I would give a zero or negative number if possible.

NOVIGOOD present themselves as an Australian shoe company, when in fact they are based in ‘Asia’ as their returns information details.
When delivery took 4 weeks I knew I had be taken. Shoes arrived with a ‘made in China’ stamp and no company name evident anywhere.
There were all synthetic material - inside and out - and not what was described on the website.
Steer clear of thIS organisation posing as an Australian company.

So many things wrong about this dodgy company that they should not be allowed to continue to operate.

I placed an order on the 20th Feb for 2 formal dresses. Apparently one was shipped on the 21st Feb which I am still yet to receive and the other I was advised a week and a half after placing the order that it wasn't available, so I requested a refund for it and they responded 3 days later refusing as apparently they had replaced it with another style/coloured one and started the process of shipping it to me! I received it on the 14th March and it is absolutely nothing like It should have been and had NO IDEA on how to wear it as it came as one messed up piece of material and an extra square that have no clue what it is for. It was meant to be a one sleeve Flowy Maxi Dress, Simple but seriously what I got was a JOKE!

To date I have one dress that is only good for using as a rag and one dress that is still yet to arrive.

Have put a complaint in thru PayPal to try and recover my money and thus far NOVIGOOD have offered me a refund of $10.59 out of almost $200 I actually paid....

Anyway just wanted to advise others to never ever purchase anything from this site as you will be truly disappointed and be wasting your money..

Absolute rubbish product. I have really bad feet, just had steroid injections in both feet and thought these shoes could help as they said they were orthopaedic shoes. They’re made out cheap materials with no support whatsoever & are a small size which I’ve tried to send back but no response like everyone else. A definite minus review rate for them.

If there was a rating less than one star I would rate this site off the scale minus. The shoes I received are nothing like those depicted on their website both in their description and in the photo representation of the product. The shoes are plastic all the way through & they were described as woven leather with a photo showing leather soles with stitching. I received a pair made of printed vinyl with synthetic soles. Do not trust this website. I wish I had read these reviews before I placed the order!

If I could give no stars I would give minus 3. I didn't expect fantastic leather shoes for $60 but they were hard plastic with horrible insoles.

As they were too small I sent multiple requests for return information with NO communication whatsoever.

"Leather" Shoes purchased were not leather
Other shoes purchased were too small
Advertised telephone number not connected - so much for advertised people ready and willing to take call
Online form not useable
Emails requesting return address and refund not answered
Posted items back to return address (In Australia) from which they supposedly came. Tracked items and found they got stuck in a post office somewhere. Suspect delivery address not a real address or delivery refused.
Tried to get refund through paypal, but refused since items not returned to China. Through paypal finally got a delivery address for return to China, but timing impossible. Similar experience to other reviewers
Read fine print on website . "use website at own risk" No guarantees on goods.
Wish I'd read the other reviews before making my purchase.
Whole process took a lot of time and waiting. Now march

Bought a pair of shoes on 28/2/25 and still not receive as of today. Will not reply to numerous emails sent to enquire about delivery.
Not sure what to do about it.

Shoes delivered were different size and certainly not the luxury qaulity they claim to sell. Won't reply to emails for refund. This company is a Scam. 1 star rating as that's as low as I can go. deserves a 0 star rating

I received two items which bear no resemblance to the pictures on the website.
I have requested twice to return the items and receive a refund, but have had no response.
