Very poor service, and no one to complain to

I bought a Pro licence. At first the iphone app worked, but over the past weeks all my queries to Nova ended with an error message (Servers are busy), and I got no output to my queries.

Total scam

Total scam. I wanted to get the latest ChatGPT, google search brought this company up. Signed up, put card details in, and turns out its GPT3, not GPT4!.

And I have tried several times to cancel, no reply. I then raised a complaint with my card provider, which prompted them to send me an email, which was not helpful. And no reply to my emails.

I have cancelled my subscription on their web app, and can see this has been actioned. BUT - I'll have to wait until next year to find out if they try to renew my subs regardless.

Also one of the support emails doesnt work...

Dont trust, dont get.

09/05/2024: Following the company's response on TrustPilot, I do not think they reflect the timeline and narrative fairly, and their reply sounds like it was my fault.
I contacted them immediately after purchase to ask to cancel. I got no response at all, so I resorted to raising a complaint with my credit card provider. At this point, I finally received an email from them stating that I did have an account (I never disputed this). The bank found (correctly) that I had consciously made the purchase (again I did not dispute this, just that for a paid subscription, I had expected GPT4, not GPT3).
My frustration and disappointment results from -
1) finding out I had paid for a product which was not the latest version (GPT4) when I have to admit, as an average consumer, it was not very clear that this was not a subscription for the latest version (and GPT3 could at that time be easily accessed for free) and
2) complete silence from the company to my queries except for when I raised a dispute with my card provider and even then didn't address my original query.
3) now essentially saying this is all my fault and they are being generous by issuing a refund.
TBH I was until now, content with not getting my money back, provided I had reassurance that I would not be charged for the service renewal.

They have stated that I will not be charged for renewal in September. I hope this is indeed the case.

Awful app and company

Awful app and company. I google searched Chat GPT Plus account and this was the first link, not the real Chat GPT. I didn't realise this so I bought a year subscription and downloaded it. Immediately I realised it was fraudulent and went to cancel. There is no option to cancel or refund. I've emailed multiple multiple times over the last month to every email I can find on the internet and their app. I have received no replies. The only reply was on a poor review I left on the app store, where they told me contact support. Their 'support' email is fake and does not respond.

Edit post reply from the company:- there is no proof of purchase on your end as my bank cancelled the purchase after your team refused to get back to me. Your company fought it but in the end I won and got my money back due to the fraudulance of your website and google entry judged by my bank :) I have proof of account creation but as the company is well aware, no order or invoice number is provided by them.
