Awful experience. No customer support at all and does not do what it says it should! It does not save and chats and no synchronisation between desktop and App. I am now starting a dispute and my bank will return the payment. They are a scam. I've emailed several times but all I get is an automated response. The company who took the payment has directed me to Nova support. They were not interested in helping to facilitate a refund.

Be aware of this app. I was not even aware this app was on my phone, I have never used this app and don't even have an account yet I have been charged for 13 weekly subscriptions at £7.99 each. I have tried to reach out to customer support for a refund and I was sent 1 generic response email suggesting "I read the refund policy" and then have not heard anything back from. So as far as I am concerned this app is a scam and has zero customer service/support.

I paid for a membership a few months ago and the company mysteriously disappeared. Their emails don't work, it's impossible to contact them. They tried to withdraw money from my bank via Stripe, which I paid through. I had to block them at the bank. Every day I get an email from Stripe saying they can't get the money out of my bank. They are trying to rob me. I can't even turn it off, I have written to Stripe who can't do anything about it. I am disgusted and disappointed.

Took money from me and still keep my account as free and not Pro...it's almost going to be a month a several emails. Total scam, there's no customer service. Zero response to my emails. When it works, it works fine just like any other chat gpt apps. When it comes to memberships, looks like they do not have any staff to handle this. It's a scam that let's you register with a google or Apple account that will give them all your informations as usual (don't use them) and then as soon as you want to use ANY function it doesn't work and wants you to pay a subscription, that you can't then cancel.

Used to work great. Now it wont even register any of my responses. This is a scam I think and will stop my subscription. Good on them for getting 20 of my dollars. Add my name to the scammed list :(

The app is full of bugs, sometimes you need to wait 5mn for an answer, sometimes it just freezes and it never works.
Two questions and the robot is already struggling.

I tried kindly to talk about the problems i’ve met, they asked for a video of it. I’ve recorded them and sent it, they never replied. I’ve done it twice.
And when I’m talking about cancelling my yearly subscription (after 2 weeks) and wanting my money back, they send automatic response which doesn’t give any solution.
