My account was downgraded from the pro plan and now I likely will be charged the annual fee in the next year. Only used it for less than a month.

My fault for not reading the reviews. All I ask is that my future payments are cancelled. I see NOVA responds to some of these but I’m not holding my breath. Customer service will not respond. I will be contacting my bank!

Due to a Nova AI system glitch, my account was downgraded from the annual paid plan to the free plan, and customer service hasn't responded to help me regain access to the Pro version I paid for. I've only been able to use it for three months out of the full year

I've used this subscription for a year on pro and decided to resubscribe and after 2 days it took me back to free mode. I've emailed them severally but no one ever responds. I paid £39 for this because i use it for work. How can a company not reply emails and have no customer service. I can't even login to the app and I keep using the browser version because the email sent during login doesn't work. This people are unreliable. I'm scared of this company. Pay me my money or activate my account.

Nei giorni scorsi mi è scattato il pagamento del piano annuale, a cui non sono più interessato, ma non riesco in alcun modo a disiscrivermi. Non ho più l'accesso all'app e, se clicco su "supporto" vengo reindirizzato su una pagina di pec.net e non alla loro email. Dunque non ho come contattarli.

Devo dire che quest anno ha fatto grandi progressi, trova veramente tutto su tutto. È capace di farmi riassunti completi su termini inesistenti su google.

I don't know about other countries, This is an absolute scam if you are in India.

1. I'm unable to use my Apple ID (I paid) to log into the desktop application despite me trying at least 10 times. The window just quites on me after I enter the credentials.

2. It worked before I paid, once, but after paying it says server is busy.

3. I cannot access 4o and it reverts saying daily limit exceed? Really before even using ?

4. I cannot access GPT-4 as servers are all busy and asks me to default to 3.5 (I might as well use ChatGPT free, no need for your f****** advise)

Conclusion: I have been sussceefully fooled, I take the experience in my stride and move on; I have no complaints--I was naive.

I've only lost about 15-20 USD (in India) . The solution is to Pay $20/month to access ChatGPt, at least you know you are as good as your prompts, and are not getting conned.

Stay away from this crap service.

Nova ai,stay away from this app, the have just stolen my money from my bank account without my authorization, I'm trying to block them, I think they work well with Google, I'm taking this action further, it google that aho7ld protect our privacy, and information, giving it to the third party and allowing them to break into someone's bank account is not right. I need my money back from nova ai. I have no affiliation with nova ai.. please do not endorse this scam,

Using it as an image generator still playing with it so far so good not sure if they’re copyrights, but so far enjoying the app

This is very great app. I love it so much but the thing is you have to pay to do certain stuff and that’s the one thing that I would fix.

I was with Nova ai for 1 year, decided to continue the service as I liked it.
My bank was charged but my account was downgraded to a free basic member.

They do not reply to emails,
I have no way of cancelling future payments as they have removed my history of having a annual subscription.

I would like this resolved, all I ask for is the service I have paid for.

This company is giving extreme scam vibes.

I'm not sure how or where they got my credit card info but they have been charging me 6 months in a row.

I have tried to login to their website with every email i own, including apple and google. Every single one says I don't have an account with them.

I have emailed them directly 3 times now asking for clarification and/or canceling this "subscription". Zero response.

Everything i have read about this company makes me think it is just a scam. They are charging to access chat gpt 3.5 which is FREE to the public.

Please do not subscribe. I have been trying to cancel the subscription for two weeks but it keeps giving an error. I have sent 5 emails, contacted them on Instagram to cancel but they don't respond. I had to change my credit card.

NOVA AI was OK when I first started to use it. After a couple of months, however, there were a number of bugs that were annoying and, in the end, made it unusable for my intended purposes.

That in itself doesn't warrant a 1-star review but, after cancelling my subscription in 2023, NOVA AI has started taking money from my credit card again. As it is a small amount, I didn't notice it straight away, but I have now had to raise a dispute and contact NOVA to understand why this is happening. The experience has left me in no doubt that I will not be using this company's products again.

UPDATE: my bank identified several illegal payments taken from my account in the same name as the previous legal payments that I had agreed to make. Nova haven't reached out to me personally, only in response to a negative review. I will not trust this company again and certainly won't be providing any further information of mine. Be careful with this one

Non hanno un servizio clienti. Ho comprato il servizio annuale ma la chat non risponde mai perché il server è sempre occupato. Da web app mi dice che non ho il piano pro. Un disastro... vorrei i miei soldi indietro.
