don't use Nova.ai, don't do it.
I have tried it today and it's horible. very very very slow videos, they will not work on youtube or anywere. videos are very slow they will drive you crazy hhh don't do it. don't subscribe because they will not give you the refunds, you will not get your furnd so again don't subscsbribe, you will be so dessappointed and don't give your bank detail or card details.I have canceled my subscribtion just after 1 hour or 2 but no refunds and i am upset about it so again don't do it. it's kind of scam.

Nova ist keine gute KI,man kann nur 3 Tage kostenlos schreiben.Danach muss man Geld bezahlen.Es sollte mehr kostenlose KI Chatbots geben.Nova AI ist nicht empfehlenswert.

I paid for a membership a few months ago and the company mysteriously disappeared. Their emails don't work, it's impossible to contact them. They tried to withdraw money from my bank via Stripe, which I paid through. I had to block them at the bank. Every day I get an email from Stripe saying they can't get the money out of my bank. They are trying to rob me. I can't even turn it off, I have written to Stripe who can't do anything about it. I am disgusted and disappointed.

Lured into buying with false advertising and fake claims. Next to impossible to cancel subscription let alone get a refund. This should be treated the same as robbery, its definetley theft by deception.

I signed up for the free 3 day trial which isn't free. I had to pay $1.00 ( false advertising ! Free ! Not ! ) I tried to pay it with my cash app and was told through the site that I had to link cash app to Google pay to pay it. So I did and it ended up getting a full years price from me. The 3 day trial $1.00 spot is so close to the year subscription space that I unknowingly touched it I thought I authorized the free one , no it was the year. I feel they were purposely placed them so close together that you choose it and don't notice until to late. It states no refunds. Cash app investigated it trying to get me a refund, but it wasn't their error not AI Nova so no refund of $59.99 for me. So since I paid it I tried it out. The astrology app started out ok then wanted a lot of personal info from me such as full name date/time/ place of my birth, my surname and zodiac sign . It had given me the horoscope for a Sagittarius when I'm Capricorn and the name and other info in spy app was totally not the person I wanted info about. I asked the boys if they sold or shared my info or if it was scamming users ? it of course said no, but I had a feeling something wasn't right. I had cash app cut the link to Google pay and future requests are blocked ! I wonder how many others have been stuck with a year they didn't sign up for because they can't get a refund ? Very bad customer service right from the start !

This app was charging me twice each month. I contacted support and they did nothing. I consider this company has stolen my money as I could not use the app as it wouldn’t recognise my subscription. I have cancelled and will find an app bigger and better than this pain in the neck

if I can give 0 stars I'll. I found today that a $59.99 yearly subscription was withdrawn from my bank account with a Google Purchase*AI C indicator from where the money was collected. The thing is that I went to the subscription and payment area here in the Google Play Store, and found out that this app was the one doing the charges. I checked all my devices, and I don't have this app downloaded at any of them. I don't recall doing any subscription to this app, and I'm sure I don't have it.

Leider ist der mir zugeteilte Finanz Experte meinem Wunsch nach Beendigung und Rücküberweisung nicht nachgekommen. Ich musste mir meine 250€ durch Widerruf in meinem online Banking zurückholen. Den inzwischen gemachten Gewinn musste ich dort lassen. Nur so kam ich raus. Keine seriöse Behandlung, kann ich nicht empfehlen.

I have paid for a one year subscription and I have rerated spending this money everyday since. The list of basic functionality that does not work is to long to type it all out here, but I'll list a few.
Not able to load new media to where the timeline cursor is, not able to scroll the timeline unless you zoom in or out, no snap fit, and if you use b-roll after you added captions, then you loose your captions and your sound. Then they have a 2 day refund policy that is only valid if you've not used the software.

They do this because they know everyone will refund after just using the tool for one day.

I gave them 2 stars because although their support is not able to resolve any issues, they do respond quickly, and the Getty videos and images come in handy.

The app itself wasn't very helpful which is why I canceled before trial was up, and just to be safe I sent an email and was assured my account was deleted and no charges would come....here we are 3 days later and I've been charged! Still waiting for a response about a refund, can't find a phone number anywhere so have to communicate by email. Over all not a good app and not trustworthy

Great tool and great support.
I don't remember using a tool as great as this. It's affordable, I can invite collaborators and make all my dubbing videos.
Highly recommended.

Besides this being a great and highly effective program that makes subtitling my videos almost effortless, the personal attention from Michael Moss at Nova A.I. (a real person!) is second to none. I've spoken with Michael a couple of times now, and really, about minor issues, and in the first call, he gave me a tutorial on how to use the program...wow! I'll be happily buying more hours, as I need them.

Pretty smooth straight forward experience, here and there a little ''hick up'', freezing, losing subtitles but overall I am very happy with it!

I have used Nova. Ia since May. 2023, I really have no problem with the application, the problem I have is with support. I have emailed them several times about me paying for the upgraded version with copy of my receipt from Apple, it still hasn't been upgraded. I have done this several times with no response back from them, they still haven't contacted me. I like the app, but want them to fix my status. I don't feel like i'm getting the full potential out of the website that I purchased.

Very disappointed. I recently subscribed to this tool. I quickly realized that I don't have the proper skills to operate it. So, about 3 or 4 days later, I sent an email and asked for a refund. They immediately replied that they would process the refund and asked me to downgrade to the free version. I did so immediately.

After that and almost two weeks later, I got zero replies when I ask them via email or even chat (they used to reply immediately, but now they don't even reply) about the status of my request. Meanwhile, when I log into my account, I see that I'm already on the free version.

Judge for yourselves what kind of ethics this is.
I have the emails and the print screens, if necessary.

I've been using Nova for a while now and can say that I am impressed with its constant growth and great customer support. I especially love the subtitles and translations functionalities, and also its affordable pricing ))

Love the dubbing feature. Overall a great web app!
