Do not trust this company

I never received the pump and made repeated efforts to contact the company to chase delivery and eventually a refund - I ultimately reimbursed by my bank. Do not trust this company.

UPDATE: In the response below to my review, Noublee are posing as genuine and legitimate and suggesting going through my bank has made them unable to deal with my complaint. This is just a front to lure people in - don’t fall for it. I sent repeated emails as well as messages on an online chat system over several weeks and was fobbed off, if responded to at all. The phone number and address on their website are both false, so you cannot follow up on orders that never arrive. Again, do not trust this company.

I am yet to get a feedback since I placed my order. My pump hasn't been delivered since 9th of March and there hasn't been any follow up emails. At this point am getting frustrated and not happy about the situation because I really need the pump.

Worst company ever

A 1 is being kind and because they won’t let me do 0. Firstly they happily took my money and didn’t send the product out. I had to keep pestering them for over a week to find out what was going on before they finally answered. They then sent it out and said they were sending a bottle warmer as a gesture of good will because they changed the deal after I ordered and then didn’t send it out. I then had a month of waiting still. Got the pump it didn’t work properly caused injury to me. I explained this and said I knew there policy was used can’t send back but I wanted to send the none used one back. I was told I could have a partial refund. Which I accepted because I was fed up and disappointed with this company by this point. To which I have had to email. Contact on website. Message on Facebook to just be ignored and get no refund from them. So I go to my bank because I’m being ignored, the bank ask me to send a final email….guess what they have blocked my email address…..and then low and behold the minute the bank requests a refund. I get an email saying we have processed your refund please contact your bank and tell them to stop what they are doing. I haven’t as I don’t trust they won’t still cancel the refund as it is pending. Worse company ever. False advertising and they removed my Facebook posts each time. I’m not the only one this has happened too either.

I was a bit nervous about buying an…

I was a bit nervous about buying an electric breast pump online, but Noublee’s one has been brilliant! It’s easy to use, doesn’t make much noise, and has really helped me stick to my pumping schedule. I also got a few baby essentials from their site, and everything arrived quickly and was beautifully packaged. Highly recommend!

I am still yet to receive the order

I am still yet to receive the order I ordered on 08 March. I then emailed the company on 11 March as I hadn’t heard anything, they confirmed it had been dispatched that day and I should expect it shortly. I have then sent another email on 15 March and 16 March regarding an ETA on my item, to which I haven’t received a response to any further emails. There is no tracking information on the Shop App and would like to understand where my order is, as I don’t have the money to be wasted on products I won’t be receiving.

Scam

Ordered breast pumps 3/3/25. Watched tracking details which updated with a completely wrong address - I checked and id added my own. I brought this to their attention and was assured this would be rectified. It’s now the 17/3 and I went to check tracking to be met with ‘Can not find Order’. Contacted with zero response so I’ll be opening a dispute with my bank. Don’t waste your time with this scam of a company!!

SCAM…

Still haven’t received our order almost a week later than it should have been. Not had any updates on where it is and we have a week old baby in the house and waiting on the breast pumps. Bank will be contacted to get a non-refund if it’s not here by today

Scam!!

Scam!!! Do not buy from this company! The phone number is not recognised the live chat does not work, contacted them about my order and they have gone quiet, I received a cheap breast pump nothing like the one they are advertising! Now reported them through my bank as I’ve heard nothing. Also you never receive the bottle warmer and the order takes over 2 weeks to get to you! DO NOT BUY FROM ITS A SCAM!!!!!

Avoid!scam!!

Avoid!!! The company is now threatening me if don’t pay AGAIN just because I raised a dispute with my bank as they refused to refund my money after no communication from them was received since I didn’t receive the product. I then received a product (breast pump) which was anything like the product they advertised. It was a temu product with no branding. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

This is simply a scam products they send are nothing like what's pictured on there website ordered the baby moniter and camera , all that turned up was a cheap Chinese wifi camera you have to connect your phone to wouldn't recommend

Dishonest, cheap generic rubbish. And a SCAM!

We bought these pumps on a 2 for 1 deal for £59.99. It was obvious the "sale" wasn't real because every time we re-loaded the website the timer reset back to 17 minutes but this is a tactic we see often on fashion websites so wasn't too concerned at the time. It was ordered 31st Jan and arrived 12th Feb. What turned up are 2 generic, very low quality pumps that look nothing like the ones on the website. You can see that the product looks different in different photos on the website (now we've had some sleep). I took some photos of what arrived but unfortunately Noublee have disabled this feature on their Trustpilot page... I think I know why. After taking so long to arrive I tried calling the number on the website which is not recognised.
We're now unsure whether to return them for fear that we'll spend more money returning them to a residential address in Portugal and they still may not refund us.
Product itself:
The screen isn't a clear LCD that is shown on the website or box and definitely not the same as the product pictures in the website gallery or the reviews on their own website, its so difficult to make out the numbers it's unusable, there is no branding, it just isn't the same product. All the reviews on their website are fake. I'm about to send the same review to their website, if it's not on there, that's confirmation and you need to stay away! We checked the other review here and can confirm that the Mother & Baby Award 2025 is also fake: motherandbabydotcom/mother-and-baby-awards/awards-2023/motherandbaby-awards-2025-shortlist-winners/
They are not listed at all, never mind a gold award. I've contacted them to advise.

Response below shows they haven't read the review properly otherwise they would have known the purchase date was 31st Jan as stated.

We've been in touch with Noublee who initially offered to refund us if we take our review down, we didn't want to but thought it could be a way of getting our money back. We agreed but they were adamant they wouldn't refund us until the review was removed. Since then they have tried to claim that our review is fake, flagged it with trust pilot and threatened us with legal action. It looks like others have had the same experience judging by recent reviews. I'll keep updating this review until the matter is resolved.
Good luck if you've already ordered.

Noublee are right in their latest reply, we have been offered a refund if we return the products, however, they have given us an address on a residential street in Portugal. Noublee broke our trust when we sent them nearly £60 and they sent us junk, therefore we will only consider sending this back on a tracked and signed for service otherwise they will probably just claim to have not received it. This service costs around £45 and their website T&Cs state that you may claim back £6 for return postage, leaving me a further £39 out of pocket minimum. They also claim inappropriate behaviour on our side during email communications, I wish I could post screenshots here of our correspondence, it is obvious who the inappropriate party is.

They claim to have refunded us, I've double checked in case I missed anything and no, there is no refund. I have reported them to my bank as a scam so hopefully they will force them to refund the money or reclaim it another way shortly.

They would be far more successful if they pursued a career in creative writing because their latest reply is very convincing. Unfortunately, the number of people posting here about being scammed shows their true colours.

My next course of action is to inform Trading Standards and then consider claiming for damages.

I got the buy one get one free offer for £59 and unfortunately only one arrived. I contacted customer service and they are so prompt at replying. They offered to send a second one out of good will as I've failed to put the buy one get one free code on checkout (my fault completely) and they've rectified the issue for me without any arguments etc.

Overnight, they've sent me an email with a tracking number as they've already posted the second pump to me. Great customer service!
